A woman's appearance largely depends on the condition of her hair. Despite the fact that many girls naturally have healthy, thick, strong and beautiful curls, there are a large number of different external circumstances (in particular, the environment, poor-quality care products, poor water quality and much more) that worsen the condition of the hair. That is why many ladies have to resort to health-improving cosmetic procedures, the most popular of which are Botox and lamination.

What are these methods for improving hair health? How are they different and which one should you choose? What is the cost of the procedures? Read more about this in our material.

What does lamination give?

Hair lamination is similar to paper lamination: the strands are wrapped in a transparent film that protects them from the negative influence of external factors, chemical and thermal damage.
The hair shaft receives a durable “shield” that shines glossy in the sun. The curls become more voluminous, the hairstyle looks well-groomed and luxurious.
Problems with combing disappear, due to the leveling of the surface, the hairs stop getting tangled. It is advisable to laminate your hair before traveling to hot sunny countries and winter frosts to protect it from injury.

Stylists note that the procedure gives the following results:

  • reliable protection from frost and ultraviolet rays;
  • thickening of the hair shaft;
  • alignment;
  • mirror shine hairstyle;
  • smoothness;
  • eliminating frizz from curls;
  • clear outlines of strands;
  • weighting of strands;
  • sealing split ends.

The essence of lamination

Hair lamination is not a medical procedure. It is, first of all, intended to prevent further damage to hair and the impact of various negative factors on it. Moreover, an important feature of this procedure is the fact that lamination can prevent the occurrence of various negative consequences both inside and outside the hair shaft, thus providing a complex effect.

Positive effects:

  • hydration;
  • sealing hair ends;
  • strengthening;
  • saturation with color (this is why it is recommended to laminate colored or highlighted hair);
  • giving a natural shine;
  • increase in volume;
  • simplifying the combing procedure.

There are various subtypes of lamination:

  • cold (during this procedure the master does not use any additional tools);
  • hot (the use of thermal devices is assumed);
  • silk (implies hair treatment);
  • colored (hair health is accompanied by the acquisition of a new shade);
  • biological (only natural products and preparations are used to carry out the procedure).

Among the popular lamination products, hair stylists highlight: Estelle, Concept, Lebel.

Before laminating your hair, your stylist should wash it thoroughly. After this, the hair is treated with a special product, and a hat or cap is put on the head (it is also possible to use a special lamp). Next, a special oil and booster are applied to the curls, and then a regenerating agent. The next step is the use of a special lamination solution, which completes the procedure by washing and drying the hair.

It is important to note that the lamination procedure should be abandoned by those girls whose hair is quite weakened and damaged (in such a situation, first of all, it is necessary to carry out therapeutic rather than health procedures). Also, experts do not recommend laminating hair for those who have severe hair loss, those who have hair below the waist or dense curls.

What does Botox do?

Women often associate the procedure with cosmetic wrinkle smoothing. However, there is no need to be afraid, no poisons are used when processing curls, and the name is consonant, because the effect of Botox for hair and skin is similar: you get the straightening of all irregularities. The treatment also helps restore the shine and brightness of your curls from within.

The serums contain natural oils, vitamins, and plant extracts that penetrate deep into the hairs, nourish them and saturate them with moisture. As a result, the curls become more elastic, stronger, and less susceptible to destruction.

For girls who want to grow their length, Botox is ideal. It helps achieve the following goals:

  • restoration of damaged hair structures;
  • rod reconstruction;
  • additional food;
  • emphasizing the brightness of hair color;
  • health improvement;
  • smoothness;
  • eliminating fragility and split ends;
  • preventing hair from fluffing;
  • alignment;
  • giving volume to fine hair.

Some brands offer hair lamination formulations with a Botox effect.
They promise great results: after the procedure, up to 70% of the beneficial components remain in the curls, thanks to the protective film, and continue healing from the inside. The technique is best used in a salon setting, since failure to follow the rules for using the serum and dosage can cause negative consequences.
When oversaturated with nutrients, curls become more brittle and fragile.

In which cases is it better to use Botox and in which cases is it better to use lamination?

There are different reviews regarding Botox or hair lamination, which is better. They point out the positive and negative aspects of technology, but they are subjective, since you need to make a choice based on your goals.

If you want to change the appearance of your curls, take a lamination course. You will create the effect of evenly straightening the length, emphasizing their thickness and naturalness, eliminating damage and split ends. Since the effect of the technology is temporary and noticeable externally, keep this in mind - to restore hair follicles, you should choose Botox.

To straighten curly hair, you need to use a formaldehyde-based product. A keratin product, despite having a straightening effect, will not be able to completely align them, which is why the result will subside quite quickly.

Take into account health restrictions, recommendations pre-prescribed by the cosmetologist, including the possibility of perm, coloring after the service, which may adversely affect the preservation of the effect of the technique. Pay attention to the condition of your hair, since not all methods are equally effective for different types and structure of vegetation.

Consult with a specialist to choose an option to effectively solve the initial problems and restore curls.

It is impossible to answer the question of what is best for hair. When choosing, you need to focus on the desired goal, the absence of contraindications and the initial state of the curls.

Botox technology has no indications for use. Hairdressers recommend it to clients who are unhappy with the appearance of their hair and want it to look better.

Lamination is used for aesthetic purposes and is useful in the following cases:

  • split ends;
  • brittle, damaged, overdried strands;
  • medicinal preparations are applied to the hair;
  • curls were subjected to various strong cosmetic procedures.

To decide which of the two services is more suitable, you need to decide on the goals that need to be achieved in the end. If in doubt, advice from a trichologist will help, who will assess the condition of the hair and give his recommendations.

Owners of hair in good condition can choose lamination to get a quick cosmetic effect of gorgeous hair - shine, increased volume, smoothness, protection from UV rays before going to a resort, straightening unruly curls. It will also serve well those with colored curls - the paint under the laminating composition will last longer.

The lamination procedure will help out if you are going to attend a public event - the treated hair will look great on its own and will retain its style; in addition, possible imperfections, including split ends, will be masked.

And if your hair needs to be treated, nourished with moisture, prevent brittleness and, in some cases, hair loss (this is also true for men), put it in order rather than hide split ends, and improve its health after numerous dyeing and lightening, then it is better to opt for Botox.

Important! Both methods give hair beauty and a well-groomed appearance, however, there are differences in the effect: with Botox it is therapeutic, while with lamination it is cosmetic.

Differences between procedures

Now that we have become familiar with the nature of the most popular health procedures for hair, we should understand the question of how Botox differs from lamination (and vice versa), what is the fundamental difference between the processes, and what are the consequences for hair.

Thus, a noticeable difference can be seen in the immediate result of the procedures.

  • If you choose lamination, then you should expect the color to remain rich and vibrant (even in the case of dyed and highlighted hair). In addition, your curls will be straight and smooth, gaining natural shine and volume. Another positive effect of lamination is giving thickness to the hair.
  • Botox is more aimed at healing strands from the inside. After the procedure, the hair will become more vibrant, it will gain elasticity, become strong and resistant to external influences.

Thus, we can conclude that lamination is more of a cosmetic than a medical procedure, and Botox is the opposite.

In addition, there are differences in the cost of salon procedures. It is this characteristic that is often decisive for many women. It is worth noting right away that both procedures are quite expensive, especially if carried out in elite beauty salons by highly qualified specialists. So, high-quality Botox will cost you at least 2,500 rubles, and lamination can be done from 2,000 rubles. The specific price will depend not only on the length of your hair and the drugs used, but also on the pricing policy of the beauty salon you choose.

Leshmaker's answers to popular questions

We asked a professional lash maker to answer the most important questions that interest girls.

How long does the composition last?

Hair restoration gives a high-quality result that lasts for a long time. The effectiveness is noticeable immediately and does not decrease in intensity for 3-6 weeks.

An important advantage of 3D and 6D Velvet compared to similar methods is that the composition deeply nourishes the roots and heals at the cellular level. Because of this, the eyelashes begin to grow better, shine, and even 3 months after treatment they look perfect.

Reason for the popularity of the procedure

The multi-stage system is winning more and more fans every day. The secret of her popularity is simple. Aminokeratative peptides strengthen each hair and stimulate natural growth and thickness. Dormant bulbs are activated and restoration occurs at the molecular level.

If you need a definite answer as to how Velvet Eyelashes differs from Botox, I can say that both procedures provide a similar effect, but slightly differ in composition. The Velvet formula is environmentally friendly and gentle, so I recommend it to my clients.

Pros and cons of procedures

The advantages, of course, are obvious:

  • radiant and long-lasting color for dyed hair;
  • smoothness and silkiness of strands;
  • long lasting effect;
  • hair is manageable, strong and becomes stronger.

Minuses:

  • lamination can create the effect of a dirty head;
  • both procedures, with frequent use, weaken your hair, it becomes dull;
  • lamination must be repeated once a month for the effect to last long; Botox is also renewed as the product is washed off;
  • your hair will require professional care to maintain the desired effect;
  • price.

How is lamination carried out?

To preserve the color shade, strengthen it and impart a brilliant shine, you can use laminating compounds, the use of which does not cause difficulties. You will need to complete the following steps:

  • Wash your hair with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo.
  • Apply a moisturizing composition that allows you to degrease your hair and avoid dryness and brittleness of the strands. (Not available for all brands);
  • Distribute the laminating composition, which includes a complex of vitamins, glycerin, components that ensure smoothness and special biostimulants. The product may also contain coloring substances if you have chosen the color version of the method. Leave the composition for 20-40 minutes, then rinse off. Warming up with a hairdryer is often necessary.
  • Applying balm.

Both types of procedures are very simple, so you can do them yourself at home. You just need to order high-quality professional medications that will provide reliable care, protection and treatment. Cooperation with us will allow you to organize proper and effective care for your curls. A wide range of products at an affordable price can only be found here, so start choosing immediately.

The effect of the procedures

These procedures are not a cheap pleasure if done in a salon.
Therefore, it is worth figuring out what effect you want to see. Lamination is done by women who want to maintain color durability after dyeing their curls; due to the composition, the coloring pigment is not washed out. Hair becomes smooth, shiny, strong and voluminous. Therefore, lamination gives thickness to the hair. After leaving, the strands become heavier if you don’t take care of them, for example, don’t buy special shampoos.

Botox gives a similar effect - softness, elasticity and silkiness, color fastness, etc., but unlike lamination, the procedure treats strands from the inside, making them vibrant and shiny, strong and resistant to split ends.

Both procedures have a beneficial effect on hair. To choose the right one, base it on the initial state of the head:

  • If you have dead curls that require urgent treatment, then it is better to choose Botox.
  • If you want to treat and give your hair a luxurious look, then lamination will help.

Ladies also choose salon procedures based on their cost.

We recommend that you learn more about hair restoration in the salon and at home on our website.

Lamination of hair

The lamination procedure allows you to restore the hair structure and restore lost beauty to your curls. A special biolaminate preparation is applied to the strands, which affects the hair shaft only externally, enveloping the hair, but does not penetrate inside, unlike the composition for Botox.

Benefits of lamination:

  • Hair is protected from environmental influences;
  • Hydrobalance is normalized;
  • The curls become thick and elastic;
  • A mirror shine appears;
  • The condition of the hair improves.

The main disadvantage of the procedure is its short-term effect; to obtain the desired elasticity of the strands, it is important to carry out sessions regularly, every 3-4 weeks.

What to choose for a long-lasting effect?

If your hair is strong and healthy, and does not need long-term restoration, but there is a desire to revive the strands a little, then you should give preference to lamination. This procedure will contribute to even greater health of the strands, giving them a healthy shine and silkiness. Lamination will help temporarily protect curls from the negative influence of external factors.

Important: regardless of the chosen method, before going for the procedure, it is strongly recommended to visit a trichologist. The doctor will assess the general condition of the strands and help you choose a more suitable and safe method for their improvement.

Today, many salons offer a new healing technique - lamination with the Botox effect. This procedure has a longer lasting effect compared to conventional lamination.

Visual effect

To decide whether it is better to do Botox or eyelash lamination, you need to understand the basis of the procedure and see the external result of its results.

The main task is to obtain a lasting and pronounced cosmetic effect that increases the length and fullness of hairs.

When applying a product with botulinum toxin, the following appears:

  • Beautiful bio-curl and shape that lasts for a long time;
  • Length, thickness and volume increase;
  • Increased density;

You can increase the visual effect by treating your eyebrows with the composition.

If a client decides to laminate hair, then one should expect external results such as:

  • Strengthening and healthy appearance;
  • Beautiful curves and shape;
  • Rich shade without using mascara;
  • The pomp increases;
  • A build-up effect is achieved.

To achieve good results, you must use quality products. With the high cost of a set of drugs (from 17,000 rubles), the average price for the procedure is one and a half thousand rubles.

You can buy it yourself for home use in cosmetology clinics.

What to choose for thin hair?

When choosing a hair restoration method, it is necessary to take into account the general condition of the strands and what result needs to be achieved. So, if the curls are too thin and damaged and need urgent treatment, preference should be given to the use of Botox. After its use, the nutrients included in the product continue their healing effects on the roots.

Botox is also suitable for those girls who want to grow long beautiful hair. The procedure will help restore the structure of damaged strands in the shortest possible time and saturate each hair with vitamins and nutrients. This effect will eliminate excessive fragility and get rid of split ends, prolong the brightness of the color, and make the curls smoother and more voluminous.

Side effects and contraindications

Innovative technology is characterized by increased safety. There are no dangerous components in the composition that can cause fragility and thinning. The only categorical prohibition on use is individual intolerance, which rarely manifests itself to natural ingredients.

The procedure is not recommended during pregnancy and for girls whose eyelashes are too short. It is difficult for them to make a natural bend. Refuse restoration if conjunctivitis or other inflammatory eye diseases are diagnosed. First, get rid of the problem by undergoing treatment.

Curly hair

If you wear curls or have naturally curly hair, then there are special formulations and restoration techniques. Curly hair has a special twisted structure. They are more “fluffy”, dry and brittle. Therefore, the care will be special.

First of all, you need to figure out what effect you want to get:

  • Leave your hair curly (that is, the curls will be more well-groomed and moisturized).
  • Or straighten your curly hair.

In the first case, Botox is better suited so as not to weigh down the hair. In the second case, you can use both lamination and Botox.

If you want to straighten curly hair, then hot lamination is what you need. Because this option is more effective.

If you are blonde

Rio Bottox. Brazil is what you need. Developed by Brazilian specialists. Includes:

Serecin (a unique substance) for active recovery.

  • Omega acids.
  • Complex of vitamins.
  • Life-giving oils.

On light hair it removes the unpleasant yellowing effect. A long-lasting effect after use was also noted.

Tidying up eyelashes.

It's no secret that girls want to have beautiful and well-groomed eyebrows and eyelashes.
But not everyone is ready to spend precious time getting their eyelashes in order. This is especially difficult to do every morning after sleep and before leaving the house. Don't forget that there is a catastrophic lack of time in the morning. Therefore, many clients of beauty salons appreciated the eyelash care procedure - eyelash lamination and Botox. In fact, these are two separate components of one procedure. You can perform the eyelash lamination procedure separately. But most clients choose lamination and subsequent Botox.

Eyelash Botox procedure is an excellent alternative to eyelash extensions.

Hair extensions

When extensions are made, the strands (tresses) are already in a processed state. High-quality tresses are made from natural hair and have an aesthetic appearance. Since the hair is natural, it can be subjected to various types of processing, including lamination. It should be said that this procedure is rarely resorted to.

  • Firstly, because it is much more profitable to laminate your own hair, and only after that extensions.
  • Secondly, because the tresses themselves do not require such a procedure.
  • Thirdly, because extension presupposes subsequent correction, and this is a separate topic.

Eyelash care after the session

The composition for lamination of eyelashes is effective throughout the day. For the first 24 hours after the procedure, the following is prohibited:

  • wash with care products or water;
  • touching the eyes, including rubbing and scratching;
  • sleep with your face in the pillow;
  • use creams around the eyes;
  • cover eyelashes with mascara;
  • Use alkaline and alcohol products to remove eye makeup.

Failure to follow the recommendations will cause premature straightening of the eyelashes and the result of the procedure will disappear. After 24 hours, activities are allowed in full. Applying mascara is undesirable; it can shorten the life of the composition.

To extend the period of maintaining a beautiful curl, you should use air conditioning. It is sold in lash studios and beauty salons and allows you to increase the effectiveness of the composition. The product will protect the keratin film from being dissolved by mascara during daily application. This will maintain the results as long as the Botox lasts.

The instructions for the eyelash Botox product indicate that no additional care is required after applying the composition. The client can immediately use decorative cosmetics, visit baths and saunas, and wash her face. To prolong the effect of the procedure, you can apply oils to your eyelashes at night.

Price comparison

Let's compare prices for these hairdressing services:

  • The price of Botox depends on the length of the hair and the salon, but it varies from two to three and a half thousand rubles. Home procedures will be cheaper, since the products cost from 1,500 to 4,000 thousand rubles per 100-500 ml, and they will be enough for more than one use.
  • The price of lamination varies from two to seven thousand rubles: it depends on the qualifications of the hairdresser, the condition and length of the curls. The products themselves can be purchased at prices ranging from three to seven thousand rubles.

Eyelash Botox &mdash, Botox Lashes

Botox Lashes &mdash, actions for regeneration and care of the eyelash follicle through the action of a special serum on it. It gives elasticity, activates growth, protects against dryness and brittle hair.

There is no need to be afraid of this procedure. Most girls draw an analogy with Botox injections and believe that the master uses a syringe. There will be no painful sensations, since the drug is applied with a brush.

The structure of eyelashes consists of cortex protein. The valuable ingredients of Botox fill the voids and microscopic cracks that exist in them. There are no categorical contraindications to the salon procedure.

Note! Botox is not contained in the drug in its natural form. It's a marketing game.

The composition of the drug includes:

  • argan oil, which makes hair smooth and shiny,
  • hydrolyzed keratin restores the hair shaft, filling damaged areas,
  • hyaluronic acid, the main function of which is to moisturize the deep layers of each eyelash,
  • panthenol represents B vitamins, which smoothes the eyelash trunk and cuticle,
  • Collagen prevents curls from becoming brittle, drying out, or exposed to external factors.

Already after the first session, the result of improvement is noticeable. But there will be no increase in the number of hairs or their sharp lengthening.

Cosmetologists recommend undergoing three procedures to significantly improve the structure of eyelashes.

An additional bonus is the absence of any taboos and prohibitions after Botox Lashes: go to the sauna, solarium, even dive into the salty sea. Everything is allowed!

Please note that immediately after lamination it is forbidden to rub your eyes, apply creams, or wash your face.

Note! Botox is not omnipotent. It is washed out in the same way as other cosmetic compositions.

Who should not use the techniques?

The high popularity of quick restoration of curls pushes many girls to go to a salon or independently use lamination or Botox compounds.

However, it is worth considering that not everyone can undergo the procedure. In some cases, improving the appearance of your hairstyle will have to be delayed for a while, and in others, a more suitable alternative will have to be found.

Let's consider what contraindications the methods have:

  • Pregnancy and lactation period.
  • Serious disturbances in the functioning of the nervous system.
  • Violation of the integrity of the scalp.
  • Advanced age.
  • Personal intolerance to the components of the products.
  • Tendency to allergies.

If you want to restore and straighten your hair

Indications: thin, brittle and damaged hair.

Contraindications: allergy to drug components.

As some experts note, lamination is not a treatment. Hair is not restored. This procedure produces only a cosmetic effect.

As for straightening, high-quality lamination is quite capable of solving this problem.

Both lamination and Botox are virgin effective means. But when choosing, be sure to:

  • Be guided only by your individual characteristics.
  • Choose only high-quality, proven products.
  • Trust only professionals.
  • Don't listen to other people's advice.

Care instructions

The effect of hair restoration procedures depends on how you care for it. Despite the fact that the techniques are intended to improve the condition of curls, after their use the strands require regular and careful care.

Following all the recommendations of hairdressers is the key to the health and beauty of your hair. Experts urge you to adhere to the following rules:

  • we choose only mild shampoos that do not contain sulfate or parabens - these aggressive chemicals contribute to the rapid leaching of the protective layer and beneficial substances;
  • We try to wash our hair as little as possible - the more often the compositions present on the curls come into contact with detergents and water, the faster they are washed out;
  • We minimize the use of hair dryers, curling irons, straightening irons and tight elastic bands - they quickly destroy the structure of the curls and give them a sloppy appearance.

At home

You can take care of your hair yourself at home. However, we recommend that you do the first procedure with the help of a professional.

The Botox procedure is simple and is done in 4 stages:

  1. Wash your strands using a special shampoo. It will cleanse your hair of fat and dust particles. Next, dry your head with a towel.
  2. Apply serum along the entire length, which will give the hair nutrients along the entire length. The exposure time of the drug is 30 minutes.
  3. Apply a sealing product for five minutes and rinse with water. It will help maintain the effect.
  4. Now a mask is applied that does not need to be washed off. Throughout the procedure, carefully work through your hair and perform self-massage of the scalp.

Lamination is also done in several stages:

  1. Cleaning hair with shampoo.
  2. Applying a nourishing mask along the length of the hair.
  3. Next, the “main product” is applied, preferably with a brush.
  4. The hair is warmed up using a hair dryer.
  5. The composition is washed off with warm water without shampoo.

What does Botox contain?

The composition of Botox products can vary, but there are key components that are contained in most products:

  • Elastin.
  • Keratin.
  • Vitamins B, A, C, E.
  • Antioxidants.
  • Hyaluronic acid.
  • Various oils.
  • Extracts of medicinal plants.

How does the procedure work?

  • Degreasing is carried out. The master washes the client's hair with a special shampoo.
  • Hair is dried with a towel.
  • The drug is applied either to the hair or injected into the scalp.
  • Then, depending on the instructions, the composition should be kept for 30 to 60 minutes. If an injection is made, then the mother’s further actions depend on the drug that is used and the instructions for it.
  • Next comes heat treatment.
  • After this, the composition is washed off.
  • Apply the fixing agent according to the instructions.
  • Final hair drying and styling.

Effect

  • Hair is more manageable.
  • The styling lasts longer.
  • Hair has a shiny, healthy appearance.
  • There is an increase in volume.
  • Hair loss is reduced.
  • Growth accelerates.
  • The follicles become stronger.
  • The ends do not split, frizz disappears (especially for curly hair).

Depending on many factors, the effect lasts from 3 to 5 months. This method has a cumulative effect.

The more often you resort to this procedure, the more noticeable and lasting the result will be.

What is the difference?

There are significant differences between these methods on several points:

  • Operating principle. When performing Botox, the hair structure undergoes changes from the inside. Getting inside each hair, the drug helps strengthen and completely restore it. And only at the end of the procedure does the gluing of the scales occur.
    During the lamination process, they are glued together instantly, while the hair is covered with a film that protects it from various negative influences. This method of hair restoration has only external effects.

  • Drugs. Botox products contain a very stable form of creatine and a large amount of useful substances, which allows for comprehensive hair treatment. Lamination preparations are less nutritious and, as a rule, create only an external effect.
  • Duration of action. After Botox, the effect usually lasts up to six months. The effect of lamination disappears after 3-4 weeks.
  • Straightening. After lamination, the hair becomes smooth and stops frizz. Botox does not straighten curls.
  • Coloring. When carrying out Botox, you can dye your hair within a week after its application. When laminating, this must be done before the procedure, because in the future the paint will not stick.
  • Price. The price for Botox is significantly higher than for lamination.

Differences and Similarities

When performing both procedures, the hair acquires a healthy shine, it becomes silky and more manageable. That is, their appearance improves significantly. This is the main similarity between the procedures.

The differences are more significant.

When lamination is performed, a certain composition is applied to each strand, which acts as a protective layer; damaged hair gets a healthy appearance. After applying the drug, it is fixed with another composition, all this is done without exposure to elevated temperature. Lamination differs from keratin straightening in that the hair is not specifically straightened. But due to the special composition, they will be smoother, which means that the effect of straighter hair will be partially present. But its duration is short. The difference is that the effect of lamination can last from two to four weeks (depending on the structure of the hair), while the effect of keratin hair straightening lasts for six months.

Keratin hair straightening is better because it not only improves the appearance, but also provides deeper restoration. The keratin composition is applied to the strands, and then they are exposed to high temperature. A hot iron used to straighten hair seals the hair. Keratin penetrates deep into the structure, filling all minimal damage. Thus, there is also a healing effect.

There are two other significant differences between the two procedures. If during lamination, thanks to a special composition, the hair becomes thicker and at the same time the volume increases, then with keratin straightening, on the contrary, due to the imparting of ideal smoothness to the hair, the hairstyle becomes completely non-volume. When choosing a particular procedure, you just need to take into account all these nuances in order to decide which procedure is most suitable and what effect you want to achieve.

  • In addition, lamination is much cheaper than keratin straightening, since both the duration and the effect vary. And if the first procedure can be done at home using special ingredients, then the second can only be done in a salon.
  • Special kits are sold for laminating at home, and after carefully studying the instructions, you can perform this procedure yourself. Some people use a recipe to prepare their own composition from products that are found in almost every home. To do this you will need egg yolk, gelatin, olive oil, baby shampoo. Gelatin is dissolved in warm water, the resulting mixture is divided into two parts. Baby shampoo is added to one and the composition is applied to the hair. The second part is supplemented with yolk and olive oil. Mix well and apply to hair, wrap with film, then with a towel. After 2 hours, all this can be washed off with warm water. This procedure can be repeated twice a month, and the hair will look smoother and healthier.
  • Lamination is more suitable for those who want to make their hair more voluminous, but at the same time smooth and manageable, who primarily care about the healthy appearance of their hair and need protection from harmful environmental factors.
  • Keratin straightening is more suitable for those who have unruly, coarse hair that is difficult to style, as well as damaged and in need of correction. Well, the main reason is who needs perfectly straight hair, and volume doesn’t matter at all.
