Assessment of embryo quality in IVF programs

Embryoblast is a drug for organ tissue therapy, developed by the French company FILORGA, which is prepared on the basis of mesenchymal (germ) tissues of sheep embryos. Scientists call it an anti-aging “corrector”, because due to its unique composition it is able to activate the processes of internal rejuvenation of the skin and enhance the synthesis of organ-specific acids (DNA and RNA), which has a positive effect on the rate of reproduction of fibroblasts - the main structural components of the dermis.

Embryoblast - what is it?

The mechanism of action of the drug is based on the activation of compensatory reactions of the human body. With age, the functioning of cellular enzymatic systems, which take part in antioxidant protection and plastic exchange between the structural components of the dermis, malfunctions, which has a negative impact on the appearance of the skin.

Active ingredients that are part of mesenchymal tissues (vitamins, amino acids, phospholipids, growth factors, minerals and nucleic acids) have a positive effect on intercellular metabolism and the antioxidant defense system of the skin, stimulate skin regeneration processes and improve the morphofunctional parameters of the skin - help smooth out wrinkles , increase the production of collagen and elastin, normalize the production of pigments and regulate the functioning of the sebaceous glands.

Growth factors in combination with enzymes and nucleic acids improve blood microcirculation and activate enzyme metabolic processes in the body, which has a beneficial effect on the nutrition of hair follicles. Therefore, Embryoblaste is also used to stimulate hair growth.

Indications for use:

  • wrinkles;
  • signs of skin photoaging (hyperkeratosis, unhealthy complexion);
  • scars;
  • acne;
  • pigmentation disorders, skin ptosis;
  • atonic, dry skin;
  • rosacea;
  • alopecia (complete or partial hair loss);
  • prevention of skin aging.

“I like Filorga Embryoblast for its relatively low cost and high efficiency. I’ve already injected it into three clients, and they were all happy with the result.”

Biorevitalization

BIOREVITALIZATION

The biorevitalization method is used to eliminate age-related skin aging, restore the functional properties of the skin (elasticity, tone), and create a hydro reserve. Biorevitalization is one of the few cosmetic procedures that can be used at any time of the year and especially in summer. Biorevitalization is often called the most physiological, natural and most effective in the summer. What is the difference between biorevitalization and mesotherapy procedures? The difference is in the medications administered! If during mesotherapy an individually selected cocktail is injected into the problem area, then during biorevitalization - exclusively hyaluronic acid, which ensures the restoration of the water balance of the skin without the risk of swelling. Biorevitalization stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which help restore the smoothness, elasticity and velvety of the skin. Deep wrinkles are smoothed out and fine wrinkles are eliminated, the skin is filled with moisture and “comes to life.” The recommended course of biorevitalization is 3-4 sessions every 10-14 days.

Biorevitalization TEOSYAL PureSense Redensity I (Switzerland) The innovative formula TEOSYAL PureSense Redensity I is based on hyaluronic acid and carefully selected components that are natural structural elements of the skin. The synergistic effect of these components is aimed at restoring antioxidant protection and strengthening the dermis. Hyaluronic acid 15 mg/g optimally replenishes moisture levels and strengthens the dermis. Lidocaine, which is part of the drug, creates maximum comfort for the patient during the entire biorevitalization procedure. Result: elimination of lines and wrinkles; increasing skin hydration and elasticity; giving the skin radiance.

The cost of 1 procedure is 9000 rubles. (1 ml)

Biorevitalization Princess Rich (Austria) Biorevitalization of a new generation with a prolonged effect. Unlike other drugs in Princess Rich, hyaluronic acid is stabilized by the addition of 20% glycerin, due to which hyaluronic acid is preserved in the skin for a long time after administration. Result: moisturizing the skin, increasing skin tone and elasticity, correcting fine wrinkles, improving the quality and texture of sluggish, tired, atonic skin. Stimulation and activation of the physiological functions of skin cells. After carrying out the biorevitalization procedure with the drug, you will receive a long-term result in the form of deeply moisturized, rejuvenated, radiant skin. Within three months you will see how the smallest wrinkles (network under the eyes) are smoothed out, the relief is evened out, the skin is filled with energy and acquires a velvety texture and beautiful color.

The cost of 1 procedure is 9000 rubles. (1 ml)

BIOREPARATION

The procedure is similar to biorevitalization, with the only difference being that drugs are used that, in addition to hyaluronic acid, also contain active substances: vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and peptides. Thanks to this form, hyaluronic acid provides a more prolonged effect and allows you to solve more complex aesthetic problems. Bioreparation is recommended for more mature skin, for clients over 40-45 years old. Mesovarton (Meso-Wharton P199) - a new generation bioreparant Mezovarton, was approved by Roszdravnadzor for use in Russia in 2010, and over several years has gained a reputation as one of the best anti-aging agents for older patients. The basis of this drug is not the usual hyaluronic acid (although it is included in the composition), but the patented polypeptide Wharton Jelly Peptide P199. This is a synthetic analogue of the natural peptide of the human embryo, which ensures high activity of stem cell division, and therefore returns the skin to a biologically youthful state. The drug also contains hyaluronic acid, a cocktail of amino acids and vitamins. Result after the procedure: return of skin firmness and elasticity, smoothing of wrinkles, getting rid of age spots, correction of facial contours. Recommended for clients aged 40-45 years.

The cost of 1 procedure is 12,000 rubles. (1.5 ml)

Mesoxanthin (Meso-Xanthin F199) is a new generation bioreparant from the American company ABG Lab, manufacturer of Mezovarton. Unlike its colleague, Mesoxanthin is suitable not only for the older age group (from 40 years old), but also for younger patients (from 30 years old, and for special indications it can be used in 25). The appearance of age-related skin defects is associated with a slowdown in the process of its renewal: the rate of division of skin stem cells gradually decreases, and the quantitative and qualitative composition of dermal cells deteriorates. The active substances of Mesoxanthine have a powerful restorative effect not only at the cellular, but also at the gene level, significantly prolonging and enhancing the visual rejuvenating effect. As a result of the course, wrinkles are smoothed out, the elasticity and tone of the skin improves, age spots disappear, the severity of the vascular pattern decreases, and a noticeable lifting effect appears. The aging process of the skin is significantly slowed down. The recommended course of bioreparation with Mesoxanthin is 3-4 sessions. The results obtained last for approximately 1 year.

The cost of 1 procedure is 12,000 rubles. (1.5 ml)

Contraindications for Biorevitalization and Bioreparation procedures:

  • individual intolerance to components;
  • chronic skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis);
  • oncological diseases;
  • pregnancy;
  • exacerbation of inflammation;
  • epilepsy and other mental disorders;
  • lactation;
  • herpes;
  • problems with blood clotting;
  • recent use of anticoagulants;

Drug safety

Filorga embryoblast is a sterile biological extract, the substance for the preparation of which is obtained from the embryonic tissue of sheep in the first trimester of gestation. Material is collected only from those animals that have passed preliminary sanitary control carried out by special certified companies and received the appropriate veterinary certificates.

The procedure for obtaining the substance takes place in a sterile aseptic laboratory. The specialist collects mesenchymal tissue, homogenizes the material using physiological serum and prepares a solution from it for injection. Subsequently, the solution is repeatedly frozen and exposed to ultraviolet irradiation at strictly defined intervals (stabilized), filtered through a thin membrane and packaged in transparent 3 ml bottles (stabilizing additives and preservatives are not added to the bottle).

The unique method of obtaining and stabilizing the raw material allows us to completely preserve the activity of mesenchymal cells and make it as safe as possible for intradermal administration (the body perceives purified mesenchymal cells as its own).

The finished solution undergoes a control procedure in a state laboratory and receives a quality certificate. The product is certified in Russia, but only a person who has a medical education and a diploma of completing training courses on working with the drug from the FILORGA company can buy it.

“I heard a lot of good reviews from fellow cosmetologists about Embryoblast from the Filorga laboratory, but I didn’t know where I could buy it. I recently contacted an official representative, so now I have a trial group of clients. So far, there are only good reviews about the procedure - painless administration of the drug, no adverse reactions, quick effect.”

How does Embryoblast work?

The embryonic cells of the drug are highly biologically active and perfectly stimulate fibroblasts - the skin cells of our body that synthesize collagen and elastin. As you know, it is these components that make the skin elastic, smooth and elastic. Dermatologists note that under the influence of “Embryoblast” the efficiency of fibroblasts increases three times, so the process of producing elastin and collagen becomes more productive, and skin aging slows down several times. At the same time, a stable prolonged effect of the drug is also noted.

How to get "Embryoblast"

The crushed embryo tissue, placed in an isotonic solution, is frozen and then irradiated with ultraviolet light in strict accordance with experimentally determined standards. The goal is to maintain the activity of all bioactive compounds. The solution is then filtered through micromembranes with an extremely small pore size of 0.2 microns to remove microorganisms and unwanted cell fragments.

In this way, a filtrate containing a high concentration of bioactive substances is obtained. It contains both the materials necessary for the development of new cells (a complex of vitamins and minerals, amino acids and nucleic acid, as well as lipids), and biostimulants that accelerate and control the processes of cellular growth (growth factors, coenzymes, cytokines, etc.).

The resulting drug is packaged in sterile three-milliliter vials, which are stored in a dark place.

Use of the drug

“Embryoblast” from the Filorga laboratory is considered not a drug, but a specific extract. It is used both for prevention and for therapeutic correction of skin changes that occur with age on the face, neck, décolleté and hands. Typically, a decrease in skin tone and elasticity begins around the age of thirty-five.

The drug is administered to problem areas using intradermal microinjections (mesotherapy) in three to four sessions with breaks determined by a cosmetologist-dermatologist for each patient separately (usually up to eight to ten days). After about a month, patients begin to notice the disappearance of fine wrinkles and a reduction in deeper wrinkles. The skin revives, becomes hydrated, more elastic, and histological studies confirm an increase in the number of fibroblasts.

A brighter and stronger effect is obtained by the combined use of mesotherapy and other injection techniques (skin biorevitalization, correction with drugs or “Dysport” and others). “Embryoblast” is also used during blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty, circular facial plastic surgery and reinforcement with gold threads. This significantly shortens the postoperative rehabilitation period and reduces the severity of tissue injury.

Procedure protocol

The procedure for organ tissue therapy with Embryoblast solution does not require special preparation. The doctor makes injections with a syringe with a needle with a diameter of 0.3 mm in accordance with the papular, linear-retrograde or pressure mesotherapy technique (nappage and mesoperfusion techniques are less commonly used). During one procedure, no more than 3 ml of solution (one bottle) can be injected intradermally.

Experts have developed the three most optimal courses of mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation using Embryoblast.

  1. The basic (or intensive) course is suitable for complete rejuvenation of the skin and prevention of aging. It involves 4-5 injections, which are given once every 7-10 days. To consolidate the effect obtained, the patient is prescribed 1-2 maintenance injections, which are carried out every three months.
  2. A targeted (cumulative) course involves administering the drug to “problem” areas (the area around the eyes and nasolabial triangle, neck, scalp). The drug accumulates in the tissues and gradually normalizes the functioning of the structural elements of the dermis. The course consists of 3-5 procedures, which are carried out once every two weeks.
  3. A combined course involves a combination of injections of the drug with other rejuvenating techniques - biorevitalization or botulinum therapy (the doctor determines the skin rejuvenation program and the interval between procedures individually for each patient).

The primary effect after injections of the drug Embryoblast is assessed after 2-3 procedures, the final effect becomes noticeable 4-6 weeks after the start of anti-aging therapy.
