Squeezing out blackheads in the salon. Description of the procedure, methods

Reasons for appearance

To cope with acne, you need to establish the reasons for its appearance:

  • hormonal changes;
  • pathologies of the digestive organs;
  • insufficient skin care;
  • influence of external factors;
  • influence of chemical elements;
  • use of low-quality cosmetics;
  • infectious pathologies;
  • stressful situations;
  • helminthic infestation.

Kinds

There are a number of types of acne:

  1. Papules are red pimples that do not have purulent contents. They resemble small bumps that rise above the surface of the skin. When this formation is squeezed, it turns pale and then restores its color.
  2. Pustules have a cavity with purulent contents inside. Externally, the formation is a tubercle with a white head. It is very dangerous to squeeze such pimples as they can cause blood poisoning.
  3. Nodes are subcutaneous formations that are located in the deep structures of the dermis. They may have a burgundy or bluish tint.
  4. Cysts are several nodes located close to each other. Under the skin they are connected by cavities - fistulas.

When to expect results

Pale and faint spots left after acne on the face disappear on their own as the epidermis is renewed at the cellular level. There are no traces of them, depending on the body’s ability to regenerate, after 5-10 days.

Dark spots will have to be dealt with purposefully and for a long time. Skin color evens out after 2-6 months. Sometimes the process lasts for 1.5-2 years. It depends on the:

  • degree of hyperpigmentation severity;
  • reasons for the appearance of dark spots;
  • age and general health (affect the rate of regeneration);
  • skin type, absence of problems with blood microcirculation;
  • the correctness of the chosen treatment method.

Ways to cleanse your face

To decide on a method for removing acne and cleansing the skin, you should focus on the condition of the epithelium, the type of rash and the tendency to allergies.

Today the following cleaning methods are used:

  • galvanic;
  • mechanical;
  • vacuum;
  • chemical;
  • ultrasonic;
  • combined.

Tablets: activated carbon and others

To cleanse your skin at home, you can use various medicinal masks. Activated carbon is considered one of the most effective remedies.

To prepare a healthy mask, you need to take 1 small spoon of gelatin and soak it in water. The activated carbon tablet should be crushed to a powder. All ingredients must be mixed and 1 small spoon of milk added.

The resulting composition should be melted and applied in 3 layers to the face. After a quarter of an hour, the film must be removed. The procedure can be performed 3 times a week.

Aspirin also helps get rid of pimples and acne. This product perfectly restores the fat balance of the dermis, copes with inflammation, and has a moisturizing effect. With the help of the drug it is possible to cleanse the face and eliminate blackheads.

To achieve the desired results, you can use the following recipes:

  1. Take 3 crushed aspirin tablets, add a spoonful of honey and orange oil.
  2. Take 4 tablets of crushed aspirin, add 1 spoon of water, honey and burdock oil. Mix all components and apply with massaging movements to the face. After 10 minutes you can wash your face.
  3. Mix 4 aspirin tablets with a spoon of jojoba oil and 50 ml of honey. Heat in a steam bath to 40 degrees. Apply the product to a steamed face. After 20 minutes, wash with warm water.

At home

Facial cleansing is considered a very popular procedure that allows you to cope with dead cells and impurities.

To achieve the desired results, you need to strictly follow certain rules:

  1. The skin should first be cleaned and steamed. The procedure is performed with thoroughly washed hands. Otherwise, there is a risk of infection.
  2. Cleansing can be carried out in the absence of rashes, dermatitis and other skin pathologies. Otherwise, the skin condition will worsen.
  3. When carrying out the procedure, you must strictly follow the sequence of actions.

To cope with acne and not provoke side effects, you should follow the following algorithm of actions:

  1. First, the skin should be prepared for the procedure. To remove dust and cosmetics, you need to treat your face with gel, tonic or milk.
  2. Then the dermis needs to be softened and the pores opened. For this purpose, you can use a steam bath or a hot compress. It is important to monitor temperature readings to avoid getting burned.
  3. After steaming is completed, the skin should be treated with a scrub. To do this, you can use a store-bought or homemade remedy. To prepare a scrub, you can mix 2 small spoons of coffee grounds and ground oatmeal.

Those with dry skin should add a tablespoon of rich sour cream to the composition. If the dermis is oily, it is better to use natural yogurt.

  1. After the preparatory procedures, you can proceed to removing acne. You can use the manual method at home. To do this, squeeze out pimples with clean hands. You can also use various masks and scrubs for this purpose.
  2. Finally, the pores need to be closed. To do this, you need to make a clay mask or treat the dermis with an ice cube based on a herbal decoction of mint.

At the cosmetologist's

Facial cleansing of acne can be done in a beauty salon or clinic. This procedure is considered safer.

To achieve the desired results, you can resort to the following methods:

  1. Mechanical facial cleansing. It is carried out on the same principle as self-cleansing of the dermis. However, in a clinical setting it is possible to provide more sterile conditions.

During the procedure, the skin is exposed to various drugs to steam the dermis and remove acne. Finally, a soothing mask is applied. As a result, the pores are narrowed and do not become dirty again.

  1. Vacuum cleaning. A special tube is used to carry out the procedure. Under the influence of vacuum, it cleanses the pores of dirt. This technique can only be used in simple cases with minor pore contamination.
  2. Ultrasonic cleaning. This is an innovative technique that not only successfully cleanses pores and helps cope with acne, but also helps smooth out small wrinkles and provides a rejuvenating effect.
  3. Dry cleaning. To carry it out, special compositions based on fruit acids are used. They have a special effect on skin pores, helping to cleanse them.

Masks used during the procedure soften the epithelium and quickly dissolve deposits. Finally, a tightening mask is applied, which tightens the pores and helps consolidate the result.

  1. Manual cleaning. This method is considered the most aggressive. After its use, redness and swelling often occur on the skin. Cicatricial changes and scars may also appear.

Cleansing the body

It is impossible to cope with the problem without completely cleansing the body. To have healthy skin, it is very important to eat a healthy and balanced diet. The diet should contain a sufficient amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and healthy fats.

At the same time, it is important to monitor the consumption of sweets and flour products. It is also worth reducing the amount of fatty foods. This will help minimize the likelihood of acne.

Folk remedies

To deal with acne and clear your skin, you can use effective home recipes. One of the most effective remedies is a soda-salt mask. It is recommended to use it twice a week.

To do this, apply gel or milk to wash your face. Then lubricate the skin with a mixture of soda and salt and massage for 3 minutes. Leave the mixture on for another 15 minutes, rinse off any remaining residue with warm water and wipe your face with toner.

A bodyagi mask will also help cope with the problem. This is a potent composition that provides deep cleansing of the dermis. The product should not be used by those with inflamed and sensitive skin.

To get a useful product, you need to mix bodyaga powder and hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 3%. Apply the resulting composition to the skin and leave for 15 minutes. After the specified time, you should wash your face and apply moisturizer to your face.

After the procedure, the skin may turn slightly red. Don't worry - this is due to increased blood circulation. Within a few hours this effect will pass.

Black clay also has excellent cleansing properties. To get good results, a mask based on this product should be used in courses of 3-4 sessions.

How to properly clean?

  1. The skin must be prepared before cleaning. Preparing the skin involves high-quality cleansing (washing) with the maximum possible degreasing. To ensure effective subsequent healing of skin damaged during cleansing, it is necessary to strengthen local microcirculation. Previously, for this purpose, the skin was steamed in a water bath, but now special warming lotions (usually camphor-based) are used. It is possible to use light peeling (or microdermabrasion) for a keratolytic effect - this will facilitate the process of emptying the elements, reduce skin trauma and speed up subsequent healing.
  2. The cleaning procedure must be carried out in compliance with all aseptic rules. Be sure to use disposable gloves. All instruments must be sterile, or better yet, disposable. Before and after the procedure, the skin must be treated with an antiseptic solution.
  3. The procedure itself should be carried out as gently as possible. Auxiliary tools for manipulation are usually an Unna spoon and a sterile disposable needle. The potential danger of cleansing is that damaged but not completely emptied follicles very quickly become inflamed and suppurate. To avoid this, I strongly recommend expanding the comedones or pustules with a sterile needle, and piercing the milia. After such a simple manipulation, much less effort is required to empty the element, the surrounding tissue is not injured, and pain is reduced. The needle for these purposes should not be thin; 22G needles for intramuscular injections are usually used.
  4. After cleaning, be sure to treat the skin with an alcohol-based antiseptic solution or a special anti-inflammatory lotion.
  5. It is necessary to complete the cleansing procedure by creating optimal conditions for soothing and speedy healing of damaged skin. For this purpose, enzyme masks, microcurrent therapy, soothing and moisturizing applications are used. Previously, only masks that dried and narrowed the pores were used to complete the cleansing, but now this approach is outdated. Only very thick and very oily skin will withstand the stress of trauma and double degreasing during the cleaning process. For sensitive skin, this is a reason for irritation and increased inflammation. Therefore, at the end of cleansing, the skin must be soothed and moisturized as much as possible. Only individual elements at the very end of the procedure should be spot-treated with special drying lotions. But remember that after cleansing, you should not apply creams and masks with a thick, oily texture to the skin - they are potentially comedogenic and can provoke the development of inflammation.

If you follow all these rules, then cleaning is easy, the patient does not need to sit at home for several days, all removed elements heal quickly, and the skin really becomes cleaner.
