Margarita Levchenko assures that there is no need to bring your face to the point where age-related and facial wrinkles begin to appear on it. You can start doing exercises on your face at a young age - from about 23 years old: some exercises will be useful for emphasizing natural beauty. After 35 years, it is necessary to do complex facial gymnastics.

The main rules of facelift from Levchenko look like this:

Facial gymnastics consists of the following steps:

  • first you need to control your posture: sit on the edge of a chair and straighten your back;
  • raise your shoulders up, then pull them back, lower them down and relax for a couple of seconds. Repeat this exercise 4 times. For those who find it difficult to keep their shoulders straight, you can put your hands behind your back and, pulling yourself up, fix it in this position for a couple of seconds;
  • then we move on to working on the frontal muscles. Place your hand on your forehead, squeeze your frontal muscles and slowly move them under your hand. After this, relax a little. Repeat the exercise 4 times, all the time controlling your posture;
  • look up, press your brow muscles with both hands and open and close your eyes, holding for 2 seconds. The exercise must be done 10 times;
  • the same exercise can be done with a longer delay when closing the eyes. Using two fingers of each hand, press the muscles under your eyes. Close your eyes and hold for 10 seconds. Open your eyes. Repeat the exercise 4 times. This strengthens the upper and lower eyelids;
  • to make your eyes even more beautiful, press the upper and lower eyelids with your fingers and, in the same mode, close and open your eyes, making delays of 8 seconds while closing them. The exercise must be repeated 4 to 6 times;
  • now relax, check your posture. Puff out your cheeks by alternately rolling air from one cheek to the other. With this movement you can get rid of deep nasolabial folds. This exercise is performed without stopping (8 times for each cheek) until you feel the muscles working;
  • stretch your lips, rotate them in a circular motion, first in one direction, then in the opposite direction (repeat 4 to 6 times in each direction). Extend your lips with a tube, point it in one direction and hold for 5 seconds. Relax. Do the same in the opposite direction. Relax again;
  • Let's move on to working on the orbicularis oris muscle. This exercise maintains the beauty of the lips and prevents the formation of wrinkles around the mouth. Say the sound “o” and hold this position for 8 seconds. After relaxing, say the sound “a”, opening your mouth wide, and do the same delay. The exercise should be repeated 4-6 times, changing delays and relaxation. Fill your mouth with air and roll it behind your lips clockwise and back;
  • The following exercise is aimed at strengthening the oval of the face and neck muscles. Extend your lips with a tube, say the sound “u”, and then, stretching your lips very much, say “x” and hold your lips in this state for 8 seconds. Exercises should be done 4 to 6 times with a delay of 8 seconds;
  • check your posture (you can stretch your shoulders again by bringing your arms together and stretching them behind your back). Say the sound “y”, strongly tensing your neck muscles and holding for 8 seconds. Do 4 reps. Proceed to forming a proud neck position that tightens the oval of the face. Bring your lower jaw behind your upper jaw, pull your chin up, making a movement with your lips, as if you were trying to pick an apple from a branch. Do 4 to 6 repetitions with 8 second holds;
  • stretch out your mouth with a tube, write any name or letters of the alphabet with sponges, making movements with the widest possible amplitude. This exercise is aimed at tightening all the muscles of the face. Pull your lips out like a tube, lower them down, at the same time sticking out your tongue and looking up. Check your posture, strengthen the frontal muscles of your neck. Clasp your hands, place them under your chin, and begin to press (not with your hands) on this support. The number of repetitions and length of delays remain the same;
  • to strengthen the back muscles of the neck, press the back of your head onto your hands clasped and supporting it, remembering to watch your posture. To strengthen the side muscles of the neck, place one hand on your head and apply pressure to your arm for 10 seconds. Do 4 repetitions, change hands and do the same manipulations on the other side. To check the result, pull your shoulders up, back and down again. Then stretch your neck up and feel the muscles of your face.
