Gotu Kola

Dry herb of centella asiatica (the second name for gotu kola) in Russia can be bought in specialized stores. It is crushed and added to masks, used to prepare decoctions and tinctures. Dietary supplements of this plant are much more common on sale. They are taken orally according to the instructions.
Recipes for anti-aging products from gotu kola powder:
- Mix 0.5 cups of natural yogurt, 2 tbsp. l. cosmetic clay, 1 tsp. Asian centella, 0.5 tsp. yeast extract and the same amount of vegetable oil. Apply the mask to your face for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
- Mix any good cream (90%), gotu kola (5%) and urea (5%). Use the resulting product as needed.

Chamomile decoction

- strain.
Sea buckthorn decoction is used as a lotion, mask or liquid for lotions.
Moisturizing decoction

Sage

A decoction of sage slows down the aging process, tones, softens and refreshes the skin, and regulates the functioning of the sebaceous glands. The plant also helps get rid of acne, pimples and rosacea - dilated capillaries on the face. The herb is suitable for any type of healthy or problematic skin.
Methods of preparation and use:
- Decoction for washing . Pour in 1.5 tsp. sage with 1 cup of boiling water, and then simmer the mixture in a water bath for 20–30 minutes. Strain the liquid and cool. Wash your face with the broth in the morning after basic cleansing of the skin.
- Mixture for massage . Mix 5 ml of base oil and 2 drops of sage essential oil. Perform active stroking of the skin from the middle of the forehead to the temples, from the chin and wings of the nose to the ears, then counterclockwise around the eyelids. Follow the same lines by patting, tapping, and pressing.
- Cosmetic ice for toning . Pour 7 g of sage herb and 1 g of chamomile flowers into 120 ml of hot water (not boiling water). Leave the product for 1 hour in a sealed container. Add 3 drops of sage essential oil. Stir and strain. Pour into molds and place in the freezer. Use an ice cube to rub your face along the lymphatic lines morning and evening.
Herbal decoctions for oily skin

- boil a glass of water for 2 minutes;
- add 2 tbsp to boiling water. spoons of the plant;
- bring the broth to a boil and put it in a warm place to infuse (for 1-2 hours);
- strain.
A decoction of coltsfoot is used in the form of a lotion. They rub it on the face 2-3 times a day.
Mint Cleansing Lotion
Peppermint has disinfectant and cleansing properties. Mint decoction is used to cleanse the skin and eliminate acne and comedones.
Preparation:
- mix 2 tbsp in a glass of boiling water. spoons of mint;
- boil the broth for 4 minutes;
- strain;
- then add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice, vodka and calendula infusion.
It is useful to wipe the skin with a cleansing lotion twice a day. The composition effectively fights acne, inflammation and blackheads.
Store the prepared lotion in the refrigerator. Shelf life - no more than 36 hours.
Decoction with calendula
Calendula has strong antibacterial properties. This plant effectively copes with the main problems of oily facial skin - acne and inflammatory rashes.
Calendula decoction destroys bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms that cause acne. Regular use of the product helps normalize the process of sebum secretion.
Preparation:
- add 2 tbsp to 500 ml boiling water. spoons of calendula;
- simmer the mixture over low heat for 6 minutes;
- after - wrap and leave to infuse for 1 hour;

Wormwood decoction
