Vacuum simulators: what is it and why are they more effective than conventional ones?

SPA capsule – complex effect on the body

The SPA capsule is an innovative technology that is gaining increasing popularity in health resorts and spas around the world.

This procedure helps relieve tension and stress, improve well-being, lift your spirits, and also fight excess weight. The SPA capsule combines two methods of influencing the human body: infrared heat with steam, as well as a shower system that directs water onto the body from all sides. The combined effect of infrared rays and warm steam creates ideal conditions for relaxation and recuperation and the use of various types of effects on the human body: hydro-, chromo-, thermotherapy, massage and wraps. In addition, the procedure helps improve blood supply to organs and tissues, enhancing all metabolic processes in the body.

To obtain the maximum effect from the SPA capsule, depending on the goals set, a variety of wraps and masks are actively used in this procedure. Due to the fairly high temperature of the steam, which opens the pores, biologically active substances are better absorbed into the skin, bringing more benefits to the body. This procedure may also contain elements of aromatherapy, music therapy and aeroion therapy.

This multifunctional complex provides a wide range of procedures. You can choose a Vichy shower, a hydromassage bath, a drip massage or a steam bath, depending on your doctor's recommendations. All this can be combined with various wraps, therapeutic mud, algae, oils and gels.

All this allows you to combine many wellness programs in a SPA capsule: anti-stress, restorative, relaxation, detoxification, anti-aging and anti-cellulite.

This complex is widely used not only in cosmetology, but also in medicine, since the procedures in the capsule have a positive effect on many diseases of the musculoskeletal system, neuroses, skin diseases, stress, insomnia, headaches and migraines, as well as during the recovery period after injuries and operations.

Types of SPA capsules:

  • dry;
  • hydrofusion

A dry SPA capsule is aimed at warming the body with warm and ionized air using oils, vibration massage, chromotherapy, aromatherapy and music therapy.

Hydrofusion capsules are more massive because they have a hydraulic reservoir. The procedure here combines the effects of infrared radiation and hot steam. The body warms up to a depth of 4 cm, activating the processes of lipolysis and removal of toxins from the body. Such conditions allow for various wraps, herbal and aromatherapy. In addition, such a capsule has the functions of a shower, hydromassage, and various baths (fresh, aromatic, bubble).

Therapeutic effect of the SPA capsule:

  • thanks to the procedure, pain is relieved, since the capsule has an analgesic effect;
  • Vichy shower and hydromassage perfectly relax the body and lift your spirits;
  • the procedure helps relieve stress, chronic fatigue and depression;
  • This procedure also has a rejuvenating effect. In SPA salons, specially designed weight loss programs, lymphatic drainage and anti-cellulite programs are very popular;
  • hydromassage smoothes the skin, makes it silky, reduces the “orange peel” characteristic of cellulite;
  • The procedure helps remove toxins and waste from the body. Warm steam and infrared heat warm the skin and open pores. At the same time, sweating increases, and along with sweat, all harmful substances are removed from the body;
  • organs and tissues are better supplied with oxygen, starting from the heart and ending with small capillaries.

The most common wellness programs in a SPA capsule:

  • Prevention of ARVI (activation of the body's defenses, boosting immunity);
  • Skin care (skin rejuvenation and cleansing program);
  • Anti-cellulite program (active lymphatic drainage of the most problematic areas of the body);
  • Weight loss (a program that stimulates the body’s metabolic processes and helps burn calories);
  • Relaxation;
  • Energization;
  • Dream;
  • Detoxification (improving microcirculation, removing toxins from the body);
  • Health improvement.

Contraindications for the use of SPA capsules:

  • cardiac ischemia;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • dermatitis.

What it is?

A vacuum simulator or barosimulator is an invention of mankind that allows you to actively fight fat deposits. It is a device that combines several weight loss devices that work using vacuum and movements. A successful symbiosis of physical activity and vacuum ensures rapid weight loss and a reduction in the appearance of cellulite. During training on the simulator, fat cells literally “melt” before our eyes.

The dosed complex load that the device provides allows you to achieve your goal in the shortest possible time - to become the happy owner of a slim and toned body.

How to practice?

During training, you should adhere to the following rules:

  • exercise in special equipment and clothing, exposing problem areas of the body as much as possible;
  • During training, drink at least half a liter of water to avoid dehydration;
  • It is recommended to drink a carbohydrate shake 30-40 minutes before class, and a protein shake 30 minutes after;
  • do not use cosmetics that are not intended for vacuum trainers;
  • exclude intense physical activity before and after training;
  • In parallel with training, follow a diet, completely eliminating fatty foods from the diet.

Set the vacuum strength depending on the fitness of the body. Ideally, between 10 and 15 mbar during the first 5 minutes of training. Then increase to 20-30 mBar for 10 minutes. You should also finish your workout (last 5 minutes) at 10-15 mbar.

The higher the elasticity of the skin, the greater the vacuum force of the machine can be used.

The average duration of training on a vacuum simulator is 25 minutes.

In normal mode, to maintain shape and gradually get rid of fat and cellulite, 1-2 classes per week will be enough. For those who want to quickly achieve noticeable results, an intensive training regimen according to the following scheme is recommended:

  • 1 week – 5 lessons;
  • Week 2 – 5 lessons;
  • Week 3 – 4 lessons;
  • Week 4 – 3 lessons.

Types of spa capsules

For your information!

There are two types of oxygen spa capsule – hydrofusion and “dry”, which works on the principle of a dry sauna.

Hydrofusion capsule

The hydrofusion chamber is a relatively new method of caring for the skin and body. The main point is the use of two basic principles of thermal effects to obtain a cosmetic effect.

Under the influence of infrared radiation, the body warms up, and under the influence of steam, a vapor layer is formed that envelops every area of the skin.

Steam may contain aromatic and oil components of algae to make the effect more effective.

Since the body warms up to a depth of 40 mm, metabolic processes under the skin accelerate, stimulating the transformation of fat cells and the elimination of toxins.

Within the framework of the procedures carried out, the following are distinguished:

  • music therapy - the use of sound signals of a certain frequency range,
  • aeroionotherapy - therapy using ionized air molecules,
  • oxygenation - oxygen supply,
  • oxyhypertemia - a combination of oxygen and temperature effects on the body,
  • vibration massage - massage using a massager,
  • thermotherapy - exposure to high temperatures - from 38 to 80 degrees.

How does it work?

A vacuum simulator is one of the usual simulators, built into a special capsule. Before being placed in the apparatus, a person puts on a special “skirt”, the edges of which are fastened on one side to the waist, and on the other to the simulator. Air is partially pumped out of the chamber, creating low pressure. In such conditions, training turns out to be more effective, which ensures rapid weight loss and skin tightening.

The first results of training on a vacuum unit become noticeable after 5-10 sessions.

Training on a simulator is the main type of load, after which there is no need to do additional training or use other simulators.

The video clip from the Tonus studio “New Form” talks about the main points when exercising on vacuum simulators - the principle of the effect on muscles and fat deposits, efficiency and the overall positive effect on the body.

Contraindications

Vacuum-type exercise machines are available for use in many fitness clubs. However, before you start training, it is important to familiarize yourself with the contraindications. The main ones:

Reviews

Alla, 37 years old: “I’ve been training on a vacuum trainer for about 2 months. I didn’t noticeably lose weight in the first 4 weeks. The only thing that happened was that the skin on the legs and buttocks became more toned and elastic. In the second month of training, I lost 2-3 kg. Now I continue to exercise 2-3 times a week. I also plan to include a diet. I think in combination with it the results will be more noticeable.”

Elena, 26 years old: “I’ve been fighting cellulite for 2 years now. I am very pleased that I found the ideal solution - a vacuum trainer. I go to the gym for training. In just 5 workouts, I lost 2 cm in my hips and 3 cm in my waist.”

Anastasia, 35 years old: “The vacuum trainer is my main assistant in the fight against cellulite. I go to training 3-4 times a week and exercise for about 20 minutes. There is an effect. The legs have become slimmer, cellulite is less noticeable, and the waist is thinner. It’s very convenient to monitor your workout and load intensity, because all the parameters are displayed on the screen of the simulator.”
