“It’s impossible,” said Reason. “This is recklessness,” said Experience. “It’s useless,” Pride snapped. "Try!" - Dream whispered.

I'll start from afar. I “settled” on our site a long time ago. With amazement and delight I looked at photographs of women who defied time, went to forum meetings, admired the results of plastic surgeries, especially anti-aging ones, but she herself decided only on upper blepharoplasty. At one of our “anti-aging” meetings, I shared with the girls who had undergone surgery that I “want and am afraid.” And one wise beauty told me something like this: “So the moment has not come when you CANNOT perceive your reflection in the mirror. When this moment comes, you will have no time for fear and other little things.”

And so it happened: the moment came when I realized that there was nothing left to lose, but I could improve it. So we need to do it. That is, the psychological barrier, when you involuntarily push the problem away from yourself, looking for reasons not to do it, but begin to act, has been overcome. But there was still some feeling of guilt sitting inside, or something: my grandmothers were beauties, but they knew how to age with dignity, and I... But our beautiful grandmothers did not have so many opportunities! And when I really made up my mind, everything lined up in a way I had never even dreamed of! Try it and your dreams can come true.

For the anniversary, the site received a shower of promotions from different doctors and clinics. On December 2, Katerina announced the start of another campaign: “The impossible is possible. Complex rejuvenating surgery from Serbian Irina Anatolyevna.” Irina Anatolyevna wrote: “The conditions of the campaign include: rejuvenation of the upper third of the face (one of the types of frontotemporal lifting), the necessary complex of upper and lower blepharoplasty for rejuvenation of the periorbital region and the middle zone of the face, SMAS lifting with lateral and medial platysmoplasty. It is also possible to carry out lipofilling of different parts of the face.” On December 7, I submitted my application. There were 41 (!) people of us who wanted to take part in the action. “Such a number of applicants is a great honor for any surgeon,” Irina Anatolyevna will later say.

This time Sloviya had the following: first, from all the applications, the doctor HIMSELF will select 5 candidates, and then the forum votes and whoever gets the most votes will become the winner . It was a surprise when I made it to the final five! The doctor chose five candidates, including me. And then there was a vote... To say that I was worried is to say nothing! This column was either equal in the voting, or lagged behind, and in the last hours of voting, it came out ahead with a difference of only three votes. I couldn't believe my eyes! Someone voted all night for me to win!

The next day I accepted congratulations. My head was spinning and I stopped thinking!!! But..! The difference in votes was minimal and a second round of voting became possible... There was no more mental strength left... at all. And then Katerina wrote that she called the clinic and they decided that a difference of 3 votes was enough. I am the winner of the promotion!!!

December 26 . 27..., 28..., 29... Everyone on the forum is waiting for a call from the clinic. December 30th... Calling! Snow Maiden, no less! Serbian Irina Anatolyevna called! Pleasant voice and manner of communication: she congratulated me on the upcoming New Year, asked about my health and blood pressure, listed what tests needed to be taken and said that there was a day for me in January - January 15th. You need to arrive the day before, with test results, to talk with an anesthesiologist and therapist. She very delicately told me about the date, so that I would think before January 2 whether I could do it on that day or not; if I couldn’t, the clinic would suggest another date. Irina Anatolyevna also said that you need to come on January 14 for a preliminary examination.

B atyushki! So soon! Now we have to manage to get tested, and most importantly, “settle” our affairs... It’s difficult. I decided that I would try very hard to organize my life so that the operation would take place on the date proposed by the clinic. Through the website of the Kuprin Clinic, where Irina Anatolyevna then worked, I was able to find a suitable hotel for myself, right next to the clinic, and even called to find out if a guest after plastic surgery would scare them. They told me that almost all of them are like that. I understood how difficult it would be to arrange everything, there was too little time, but on January 2 I must give an answer to Irina Anatolyevna. And again a New Year's miracle: I succeeded. I'm calling St. Petersburg. The doctor just left the operating room. The date was fixed: January 15, 14 – preliminary inspection. In general, I live in anticipation of a miracle, a little crazy!

I collect the remnants of my mind and my suitcase. Hooray!!! On the night of the 13th to the 14th, Old New Year, I was on the train and... Peter met me in a wonderful winter, like in the fairy tale “Morozko”. From the station to the hotel: I left my things, put myself in relative order and ran to the clinic. Oooh, a very decent clinic and very cozy. In the Kuprin Clinic, everything is somehow done so that you don’t feel like you’re in a hospital: wonderful coffee, which is offered with chocolate in a white porcelain cup on a porcelain saucer, an aquarium and a wise turtle who looks at you through the glass... Yes, of course, and undoubtedly, we come to the surgeon and probably the surroundings and everything else are secondary, but still, still... I found a photo of a turtle.

from my doctor! (I saw the photo) I was called for an examination. At the first examination, I felt that everything would be fine! Irina Anatolyevna is a surprisingly personable person. She asked me about my health and finally the fun part began: examining my face. The scope of manipulations was planned as follows:

— coronary frontotemporal lifting (in the hair, or along the hairline, at my discretion);

— lower eyelids Hamra + chik-lift + Canthopexy;

— SMAS + lateral and medial platysmoplasty + liposuction of the chin.

Lypofilling is not indicated. Now I'm the only one who needs to decide with my forehead: are the seams in the hair or along the hairline? The doctor advises on the line. Irina Anatolyevna said something like this: “When you are left alone with yourself, ask yourself what is preferable and more comfortable for you in terms of your internal state. The seams will become invisible over time, and in terms of proportions it is better to make the cut in front of the hairline.”

OPERATION tomorrow, at 8.45 am they are waiting for me at the clinic. It was ordered not to eat or drink anything (in a good way) after 00 o'clock. A friend arranged a trip for me around the center of St. Petersburg! Beautiful city, New Year's illumination and lighting! The fairy tale is magical!!! In the evening at the hotel I remember today’s reception with Serbian Irina Anatolyevna. I especially liked how Irina Anatolyevna understands the postoperative period - “REABU”, as we call it here. She believes that it is impossible to leave the patient in this difficult situation for the body and the nervous system of this very body. The doctor uses a whole range of measures to alleviate the postoperative condition: droppers for edema with a specially developed secret composition, patches that are applied in a special way (the doctor said that when the time comes for her to perform the operation herself, she will teach them how to apply it to someone else). It's all so interesting! I am very grateful to our site for this New Year's miracle!

January 15 , in the snow and frost, I ran to the clinic. I was taken to the room. I changed into all the hospital clothes: a cap, panties and a disposable shirt, a warm terry robe and compression stockings (a gift from the clinic). Then the doctor took a photo, the nurses braided my hair, and the doctor drew marks on my face.

And Rina Anatolyevna and Fyodor Vasilyevich took me to the operating room, laid me on the operating table, anesthesiologist Elena Aleksandrovna Kartoshkina was nearby, an injection into a vein and ..... I woke up in the ward.

And Rina Anatolyevna laughed: it turns out I sang some song to them after the anesthesia. The doctor says that she has never experienced anything like this before! I wish I could remember what I was singing... I finally came to my senses in the ward, with drains around my head. The face is tightly sealed with plasters, the appearance is Mongolian. The first thing I saw was the doctor bending over me and saying that everything went great. “Well done,” he says. And that she likes everything. If the doctor likes it, then I like it even more!

The progress at Kuprin’s clinic is very good: they changed my ice packs and put on IVs all night. There are two of us in the room. The room is warm, bright and cozy: two windows and its own bathroom, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness is perfect! Nurses are nearby all the time. The clinic staff is polite and very pleasant to talk to. View from the window of the dachas behind the clinic - an old dacha place. There are old dachas made from logs - a fairy tale!

How warm it is for me, girls, in cold St. Petersburg! Because there is a website plastic-surgeon.ru! Strangers, but close people who call and worry about how the operation went, and even come to visit! Thank you, friends! An unforgettable feeling in a foreign city, not a foreign one! Our site is known and visited by a lot of good people, how many worries have subsided thanks to the experience and attention of the spiritual generosity of our forum members!

Three days at the clinic flew by unnoticed: I was given IVs, care and participation were felt in everything! Now I’m already at the hotel next to the clinic. When I was discharged, they gave me everything I needed to treat stitches, lotions, compresses, eye drops, etc. I will live in St. Petersburg for two weeks, go to the clinic for IV drips for swelling and physiotherapy. When I come for an IV, they escort me to the room, lay me down on a bed, a TV, and a catheter in my vein (a pink one for girls - a dream). Lie. Beauty. On the functional, comfortable beds, I fall asleep right under the IV - complete relaxation! One of the nurses, as it turned out, reads our forum and is quietly happy for us!

If we talk about what bothers us... NOTHING bothers us. There is a feeling of a bandage on the neck and ears, there are such seals and bruises. To be honest, I was preparing for a more difficult postoperative period. When I was going to the operation, on the train I thought: “The first thing I will do after the operation is check my facial expressions.” And I even made a plan on exactly how. I remembered my intentions only on the second day)) You can’t see anything in the patches, but I felt that everything was fine.

Now regarding strips and plasters. I feel very calm: my face is like wearing a mask, but it doesn’t press or interfere anywhere. Moreover, swelling forms in the neck, behind the ears, but not in the places where the patches are attached. I really want to look under the strips! But it’s like with the frog skin of Vasilisa the Beautiful: ahead of time, no, no.

Finally , it was time to remove the patches. I arrived at the clinic early and they brought me delicious coffee! And then I began to be afraid. It seemed to me that my patch had completely grown into the skin and would hurt... I didn’t have to be afraid for long - Irina Anatolyevna appeared, as always calm and a little festive. We went into the office, they laid me on a high couch and while talking, layer by layer, carefully and not at all painfully, she cleaned my face of strips and plasters and removed the stitches. When everything was removed, I was stunned - there were no bruises under my eyes or on my face! See for yourself!!!

Of course, I The doctor, smiling, replied that faces love the hands of microsurgeons, and this is a completely different approach to working with tissues. For example, Irina Anatolyevna said that even holding the skin of the eyelid with tweezers (!) is a microtrauma, but it is necessary to avoid them. Plasters and strips protect the most vulnerable tissues from stretching and swelling. In this case, rehabilitation is faster and does not put pressure on the psyche. By the way, Irina Anatolyevna has patients from high circles, people who sometimes need very urgent rehabilitation. Even droppers with Japanese placenta preparations, blood enrichment and the most “advanced” rehabilitation technologies have been invented. Wow!

I feel great! The frost is tonic, in St. Petersburg the winter is especially white, sterile and sunny! I started going to the procedures prescribed by Irina Anatolyevna - lymphatic drainage. My swelling in my neck has softened a lot. Irina Anatolyevna recommended 5 sessions, just in time before leaving.

has arrived. My last stitches and staples were removed.

The Nevsky Express is taking me home to Moscow. Dear Peter has become very close! This is what happened to me: “falling out” into another reality, into another life. This is some kind of St. Petersburg wraith, blizzard and fabulous... The story, of course, is fabulous, they won’t believe it to anyone! The clinic gave me a mug and a calendar, and the mug came in very handy on the road!

When I returned home, my husband said that he especially liked the nose: it began to look like it did 20 years ago. The nose just lifted a little, without any rhinoplasty, but thanks to a coronary forehead lift.

by ... Here is our forum meeting. I came to the meeting after the operation a little nervous. There were many beautiful women around and, looking at me, one of the beauties said: “Yes, Serbia has golden hands!” This is true! I did not have the easiest and fastest rehabilitation period; everyone who decides to undergo surgery also needs to be prepared for this option.

I would like to especially note that despite the distance between St. Petersburg and Moscow, I did not feel like a homeless child. Irina Anatolyevna was always in touch by phone or email; all doubts and questions could be resolved at any time. Thank you, my dear and beloved doctor! Special thanks to our website and Katerina personally for the opportunity to participate in the promotion! And many thanks to all our forum members for their support and attention! When meeting with friends and acquaintances, it is so joyful to hear: “You are not changing! How do you do this?

«This is impossible,” Reason said. “This is recklessness,” said Experience. “It’s useless,” Pride snapped. "Try!" - Dream whispered. It’s so good that I listened to you, Dream...!!!
