Breast augmentation with Botox - does this method have any prospects?

Not all young women, girls, and ladies who reach middle age are satisfied with the shape of their breasts; many of them complain about the loss of their original shape and elasticity.

Breast augmentation with hyaluronic acid is a minimally invasive procedure in which the soft tissue remains intact. This is a real possibility of adjustment to one size to give the bust a natural attractiveness. The injections are carried out under local anesthesia, and the positive result lasts temporarily.

What is the purpose of the procedure?

Although the procedure for breast enlargement with hyaluronic acid is simple, it is not suitable for all women. It can be done under the following factors:

  • the need to increase by no more than 1 size,
  • to eliminate asymmetry of the mammary glands,
  • adjustment after installation of implants.

In other cases, the use of this method to enlarge the mammary glands in women is considered inappropriate.

Outdated approaches

There are a number of approaches by which breast enlargement can be accomplished, but some of them are dangerous and outdated. Therefore, they should be avoided as much as possible.

Almost a century ago, the so-called Vaseline cosmetology was widespread. It consisted of an injection of Vaseline oil, which quickly helped to acquire the desired volume. But the problem is that after a few years the body began to reject it. This led to the appearance of wounds instead of achieving improved levels of beauty and attractiveness.

Then, in the middle of the previous century, liquid silicone became widespread. But then it turned out that injecting it was a very bad idea, because in the end it gradually becomes lumpy, and nothing good comes of it for the body. Operational methods for using silicone in other forms are acceptable, but the liquid, quickly hardening form is prohibited in many countries. Although sometimes they still continue to administer it.

Breast augmentation with injections - how does it work?

About twenty years ago, the so-called polyacrylamide gel began to appear. It is still used today, although it has numerous disadvantages. In particular, it may begin to move from the mammary glands to other regions of the body, such as the armpit. Sometimes this gel begins to become surrounded by connective tissue, which begins to look more like a malignant growth. As a result, there were cases when patients had their entire breasts removed after they had had their breasts enlarged with this gel.

How to enlarge breasts with hyaluronic acid

For cosmetic purposes, hyaluronic acid has been used for breast growth for more than 10 years. This is an artificial drug, but is recognized as the safest and highest quality substance that helps eliminate cosmetic imperfections on a woman’s body.

Its formula completely coincides with the natural substance formed in the human body. As a rule, its administration does not cause allergic reactions and does not have a negative impact on health; there are practically no cases of rejection.

It has a viscous structure, due to which, when fillers are introduced under the skin, it reliably fills existing voids in the deep layers of the dermis and remains there for some time, optimizing the processes occurring inside the muscles.

Breast enlargement using this remedy is based on the fact that an acid molecule is able to attract and subsequently retain hundreds of water molecules around itself.

In addition, the ability of hyaluronic acid to activate fibroblasts, which are responsible for the renewal of collagen fibers, has been established. Thanks to this, after the procedure of introducing acid into the mammary gland, the elasticity of the skin increases and its tone increases. After some time, the process of its decomposition occurs, and the substances that enlarge the breasts disintegrate and are eliminated by the lymph flow.

Rehabilitation period

The components of the gel do not have a negative effect on the body, and the absence of rejection shortens the recovery period after the procedure. Immediately after the session, you may experience hyperemia and a burning sensation at the injection site. For several days, the woman is sometimes bothered by pain.

Benefits of using filler:

  • painlessness;
  • instant results;
  • complex action;
  • minimum side effects.

Possible complications after their use are: the formation of compactions and irregularities; temporary result (individual reaction). In the latter case, sessions will have to be repeated more often.

The rehabilitation period is 1-1.5 months. During this time, serious physical activity is not recommended. The restriction also applies to sports activities.

To achieve a long-lasting and lasting result, it is necessary to exclude various types of thermal procedures. Breast massage and any impact on this area are prohibited. A good preventative method is to wear compression garments.

When breast augmentation is performed correctly, the effect of hyaluronic acid lasts for 12 months. Correction is made no earlier than after 1-1.5 years. In this case, no more than 40% of the original volume of the gel is introduced.

Procedure

Only specialists who have official confirmation of education (diploma, license or standard certificate) are allowed to carry out the injection correction process using hyaluronic acid.

Breast augmentation with hyaluronic acid can take about 1-1.5 hours. Before injections, antiseptic treatment of the skin and local anesthesia are performed. The drug is injected under the fascia of the chest. In some cases, it is more appropriate to introduce it in the area of the anterior axillary line. A micro-incision is made on the skin (approximately 2 mm), and after the acid injection procedure, its edges are fixed with a single suture.

The required amount of the drug is determined at the time of the procedure.

The cosmetologist, after visual inspection and palpation, can correct its introduction. The final result in women who have had breast augmentation with hyaluron can only be assessed at the end of the rehabilitation period. This time is approximately 2-3 weeks after the procedure. The general period of preservation of the results from the procedure is 1-1.5 years.

How is the procedure performed?

Before agreeing to breast augmentation with Botox, you should make sure that the patient has no contraindications for the procedure. This will require a consultation with a mammologist and a thorough ultrasound examination of the mammary glands.

At the preparatory stage, the specialist establishes the nature of the problem areas and outlines the points for administering butolotoxin injections into the chest. The number of treatments may vary depending on the desired result.

The procedure itself involves 12 punctures in the pectoral muscle and adjacent areas. Special mesotherapy needles are used for the procedure. The patient does not experience pain. If necessary, a cream with an analgesic effect can be applied to areas treated with Botox.

In order for the effect to be lasting and visible, it is recommended to carry out at least 2 procedures. It should be noted that this type of procedure is suitable for representatives of the fairer sex with small breasts. Enlarging large breasts in this way will not be successful.

Postoperative breast care

This procedure of mammary gland enlargement using injections does not require long rehabilitation time. The patient can soon return to her daily life.

But, despite the slight invasiveness, the injections require some post-operative rehabilitation measures. This period can last up to 3 weeks depending on the individual characteristics of the patient.

To avoid complications, it is recommended to avoid visiting steam rooms and saunas during the rehabilitation period. Also, doctors do not advise staying in a solarium or in swimming pool water. It is necessary to minimize any physical activity. To speed up the healing of micro-incision sites, for the introduction of filler, these areas of skin are treated with antiseptic agents.

To speed up the rehabilitation process, you should not wear too tight clothes, including a bra, on your chest during the postoperative period. It is not recommended to use clothing made from synthetic fabrics. Doctors recommend that patients who have undergone breast augmentation using this technology sleep on their backs so as not to compress the pectoral muscles during sleep. To support the mammary glands during the rehabilitation period, you should purchase a special bra that carefully supports the breasts.

Breast augmentation procedure using Macrolane

It is the easiest procedure, which can hardly even be called an operation. After agreeing on the desired shape and volume of the breast, the plastic surgeon makes 2 small incisions of 2 millimeters under each mammary gland, where an injection is injected into the subcutaneous layer using a thin cannula or spinal needle. After a specialist works using this method, there are no scars left. The patient can go home about an hour after the end of the “operation”. The result is visible immediately after the procedure.

Although hyaluronic acid easily gets along in the body, experts in the field of plastic surgery do not recommend enlarging the mammary gland with its help:

  • during pregnancy and lactation;
  • during the period of exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • during the menstrual cycle (may cause an allergic reaction);
  • at a severe stage of connective tissue diseases;
  • for problems with blood clotting;
  • in the presence of inflammatory processes in the mammary glands.

According to American sources, the famous movie star Jennifer Aniston tried on herself the method of breast enlargement with injections. The reviews and results of women who followed her example inspire confidence. Their before and after photos can be found on the Internet.

Existing contraindications

Breast augmentation with injections using hyaluronic acid is prescribed to patients who have no health problems. It is not recommended to carry out such an intervention for women with the following pathologies and body characteristics:

  • presence of cancer (at any stage of the disease),
  • during the period of exacerbation of chronic diseases of internal organs,
  • throughout the entire period of pregnancy,
  • while feeding the baby with breast milk,
  • presence of autoimmune diseases,
  • diabetes,
  • inflammatory processes of the skin, including the presence of rashes on the body.

Before deciding whether it is possible to perform breast augmentation surgery using hyaluronic acid, the doctor takes into account other relative contraindications. Although they do not pose a threat to a woman’s health, the result of the procedure will be minimal:

  • too obvious prolapse of the mammary glands,
  • lack of elasticity of the skin,
  • menstruation period,
  • the patient's desire to become pregnant in the near future,
  • breasts larger than bra cup size 3,

A female breast augmentation procedure is not performed if the patient plans to enlarge it by more than 1 size.

Application of Botox

A safe method for breast enlargement is Botox injections. This drug is very popular in many areas. Most often it is used to eliminate wrinkles on the face, but its use is not limited to this. Over the past ten years, thanks to Thai surgeons, the use of this technique for breast enlargement has been introduced.

It is important to note that Botox is not a filler and does not increase breast volume. But he achieves the effect of breast enlargement in a different way. After injections, the pectoral muscles relax, and the back/shoulder muscles, on the contrary, are toned. As a result, the breasts are tightened and, although they do not formally become larger, they begin to look more voluminous.

Breast augmentation with injections - how does it work?

This way, you will not be able to achieve a significant increase; at most, you will be able to increase your breasts by one size. But the effect will be high-quality, without noticeable side contraindications (unless, however, you have individual contraindications). The chest will be raised three to four centimeters. Sensitivity will be preserved entirely, unlike the use of other means.

This method is good, but has some limitations:

  1. In particular, the effect of action is inconsistent; every 9-12 months you need to repeat the procedure with a new course of injections. But it is not difficult, and the price of this method is relatively small.
  2. Another limitation is that the method is only suitable for relatively small mammary glands. If you already have curvy figures, then using Botox will do absolutely nothing for your glands. But, on the other hand, why would you want to enlarge your breasts if you are already curvy?

Complications and side effects

As a rule, the surgical procedure for breast augmentation with hyaluronate takes place without subsequent complications or side effects. But in the first two days after correction, moderate pain, swelling and blue discoloration of the skin at the incision sites may be observed. In rare cases, there is a slight increase in body temperature.

Only some women may experience more serious complications after such a procedure. Due to the individual structure of the pectoral muscles, the injected acid sometimes spreads. The gel migrates in the intermuscular space, leading to asymmetry.

If the established technology was violated when introducing acid, this can lead to inflammatory reactions on the body and even to the development of necrosis.

Consequences and complications

Reviews about the procedure are mostly positive, but this method does not eliminate local problems. The following complications may occur after breast augmentation with fillers:

  • if an ultrasound scan of the mammary glands is required, it will be difficult to distinguish filler accumulations from cysts or other formations;
  • for a similar reason, X-ray examination and palpation are difficult;
  • infection after injections, which is eliminated with antibiotic therapy.

Another complication may be capsular contracture - the process of formation of capsules around the gel, as a result of which tubercles of different sizes appear. To eliminate them, the enzyme hyaluronidase is introduced.

Composition of injections for contouring

Injections for beauty injections are made based on hyaluronic acid. This composition allows you to maintain the rejuvenation effect for 8 - 18 months, after which the acid is gradually eliminated on its own. So after that you can repeat the procedure again.

However, you should not assume that such injections are all chemicals. Thus, hyaluronic acid is a component of the intercellular substance. Its peculiarity is that it is able to hold water molecules. Due to them, skin tone, elasticity and moisture are ensured.

Most hyaluronic acid is found in human skin. However, over time its quantity decreases. Hence such age-related phenomena as loss of skin elasticity and sagging. After all, the acid begins to break down at an accelerated pace. Such beauty injections will have to make up for her losses. The advantage of such compositions is that the fillers, which are created on the basis of acid, are non-toxic and hypoallergenic. With such a procedure, there is no need to fear that the skin will look unnatural due to excessive tension.

For contouring, we use a number of acid-based preparations. The use of each of them depends on the tasks at hand. Thus, some compositions are used to eliminate “crow’s feet” around the eyes, others are used to replenish the volume of the face, to simulate the fullness of the lips; there are also their own compositions, which differ in varying degrees of viscosity and structure.

Hyaluronic acid injections

Contraindications and alternative techniques

Breast augmentation with fillers is not performed in the following cases:

  • prolapse of breast tissue:
  • with a large bust size;
  • increasing by more than one size;
  • pregnancy;
  • mastitis or mastopathy;
  • chronic painful conditions in the acute phase;
  • during menstruation;
  • for cancer and autoimmune diseases.

To avoid complications, it is necessary to ensure that there are no contraindications to the procedure.

Breast augmentation with fillers has a number of advantages compared to other methods: time saving, no incisions and no risk that the implant will not take root.

As alternative methods, doctors suggest augmentation with threads (scars may form), mesotherapy (requires 10-15 sessions), laser correction (late effect appears).

Hyaluronic acid injections

Injections of hyaluronic acid are recognized as effective in the fight against wrinkles, their correction and other cosmetic problems. Acid is used in different combinations depending on the goals that need to be achieved during the procedure.

The fillers are based on a solid-phase modification of hyaluronic acid (stabilized). This ensures spatial modification of hyaluronic acid and duration of stay at the injection site.

These injections of hyaluronic acid help fill the skin with biological elements of degradable content. The effect of such a procedure lasts 5 - 6 months. Among fillers, it is worth noting an injection based on reticulated acid, which is obtained through a biological technological process. According to research, this composition is close to the internal components of the human body.

A separate group of fillers are dermal gels. They differ depending on the degree of connection of the elements with each other. They are chosen depending on the problems. So, to correct and get rid of fine wrinkles, you can use soft compounds that are injected into the surface layer of the skin. Gels of medium and high viscosity are used when it is necessary to solve the problem of deep fold wrinkles. Such compositions are able to penetrate into the lower layers of the subcutaneous composition.
