Vika with the last name Zhukova was born on October 28, 1963 in the city of Khabarovsk. Vika Tsyganova's father served as a naval officer, and her mother looked after the hearth and raised her daughter. Since childhood, artistry was noticeable in Vika. Vika loved to organize concerts and performances at home, and when she grew up, she moved to the school stage. Victoria graduated from school in the early 80s and then went to the city of Vladivostok, where she immediately entered the Institute of Arts.
