Endoscopic forehead and eyebrow lifting is a popular technique for correcting age-related and genetic defects in the upper part of the face. During the minimally invasive procedure, the patient gets rid of wrinkles, loose soft tissues, sagging skin and a tired expression on the face, as a result of which the patient looks 5-10 years younger. Indications for temporal lift

Contraindications
Plastic surgery of the upper third of the face is not performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contraindications also include serious health conditions:

How is non-surgical contouring of the middle third of the face performed?
Based on the type of wrinkles and folds in this area, the doctor selects a drug of the required consistency. Features of the operation
Endoscopic forehead and eyebrow lifting is performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon makes 3-5 small incisions (0.5-1 cm) in the area of hair growth without damaging the hair follicles. A special instrument is inserted through incisions or micro-punctures. A separate puncture is intended for inserting an endoscope with a miniature video camera, which allows manipulations under full visual control.
Instead of traditional excision of excess tissue, a low-traumatic detachment is performed endoscopically with displacement and fixation in the desired position with deep clamps. The exfoliated tissue is tightened to smooth out facial wrinkles, raise the eyebrow line, and restore skin tone.
Depending on the complexity of the operation, endoscopy takes from 45 minutes to 2 hours. In simple cases, correction is carried out on an outpatient basis, without hospitalization. The patient leaves the clinic after 2-3 hours of postoperative observation.

How the model felt and looked during and after the procedure
The entire procedure took about 60 minutes (of which the contour modeling itself lasted about 30 minutes). The model noted her feelings during the procedure as tolerable. The procedure took place without the use of painkillers.
Before the procedure, the doctor warned that small bruises and slight swelling may occur - this is a normal tissue reaction to the insertion of a needle, these marks will disappear within two to three days. Immediately after the procedure, these effects were not observed, the appearance allowed me to go about my business as usual.
The effect of the procedure was noticeable immediately (the model was pleased to note the improvement in proportions due to an increase in the volume of the chin and the clarity of the lower part of the face, as well as a clearer line of the cheekbones).
According to the doctor, the result from the injection of fillers will further improve over the next two weeks (the drug will naturally distribute in the tissues, and hyaluronic acid will attract a certain amount of water, which will add even more volume). And the introduced drug CYTOCARE S Line (a rejuvenating complex of 50 ingredients with a set of amino acids valuable for the skin and other components useful for the life support of cells) will continue to work on the quality of the skin for some time. But for prolonged improvement (moisturizing, lightening, smoothing out fine wrinkles), one procedure with it may not be enough: it is recommended to take a course of three procedures with an interval of two weeks. Progress of the operation
The technique of MACS-Lifting and S-Lift is largely similar.
The only difference is how the incision is located. Platysma bands
Often, while taking care of our face, we lose sight of the fact that the condition of the neck is a determining marker of age, so this area should be under the close attention of a cosmetologist. The formation of bands in the platysma is a consequence of chronic muscle contraction and decreased elasticity of the skin in the neck area as a result of aging.
