Drinking enough water improves the “washing out” of harmful substances from the body that come from outside and are formed inside the body.

Water is a colorless and odorless liquid. But what would a person do without it? Many women avoid drinking clean water

, preferring drinks with a distinct taste, smell and color, such as sweet carbonated drinks (diet cola), coffee and caffeinated drinks and juices. Although juices contain a large percentage of water, they cannot do for the female body everything that pure water can. The same can be said about coffee and soda.

Here are just some of the aspects in which water plays a vital role for a woman’s beauty:

WATER! For beauty and health.

We already talked about pleasant and tasty harmful foods today, in a post about macarons. It's time to talk about useful things). I used to always neglect water, I heard a hundred times that you need to drink 2-2.5 liters of water a day. For what and why I didn’t even want to figure it out. But recently I became concerned about my health and started digging through the Internet and almost everywhere it was said about water, that it is indispensable for our health and beauty. I became interested, I looked into this issue as much as I could, and I’ll try to tell you. Maybe many of you know all these common truths, but I didn’t think about them until a certain time, so I think that the information will be useful for someone. Let's miss the point, familiar to everyone, that the body is 80% water and blah blah blah... Why do we separate water from other liquids?
The fact is that popular artificial drinks contain certain substances that change the chemical composition of the body.
Even milk is food and should be treated as food.
The body needs water - nothing can replace it. Coffee, tea, sparkling water, alcohol, even milk and juices are not at all the same as water. By the way, if you think that by drinking green tea you will replenish the lack of water in your body, this is not so.
Green tea has a diuretic effect and all the liquid will leave your body without being retained, thereby bringing no benefit.

Misconceptions about water. 1. Edema.
Paradoxical as it may seem, the cause of edema is not excess fluid, but its lack.
The fact is that if the body does not receive enough water, it regards this as a threat to survival and begins to retain every drop at the first opportunity. So the best way to get rid of edema is to allow the body to saturate itself with life-giving moisture. So that he understands that there is no threat of dehydration and begins to calmly get rid of excess water. At the same time, you need to be prepared for the fact that in the first few days of a full drinking regime (this will be discussed below), swelling will indeed appear, but after two weeks the kidneys will get used to the new regime, and you can forget about swelling. 2. Washing out useful microelements from the body along with toxins.
It really is possible.
But only if you drink at least 6 (!) liters of water daily. So think about whether you are really capable of this. WATER FOR WEIGHT LOSS.
Why is it advised to drink a lot of water if you want to lose weight?
1. We often perceive the feeling of thirst as a feeling of hunger, and we eat up our thirst, as a result, we consume extra calories that the body does not need. 2. Water plays a big role in the metabolism of the human body. All metabolic processes in the body occur only with the participation of water. And its lack slows down the metabolism, i.e. breakdown of “extra” calories. Namely:
- For the biochemical process of processing fats in the body, water is needed.
Only cells saturated with water can dissolve fats. — Water is needed to remove any toxins from the body. This is especially true when losing weight. If during a strict diet you experience weakness, headaches, bad mood or apathy, most likely your body does not have enough minerals (usually magnesium, calcium, zinc, iodine, iron), try drinking mineral water, this may solve the problem. 3. Water helps reduce appetite.
If you feel hungry, drink water at room temperature, you can add a little lemon and honey for taste. The stomach will fill with water, creating a feeling of fullness. About other signs of lack of fluid...
If you suffer from constipation
and
headaches
, and your
hair looks like straw
, your
is dull and sagging
, think about whether you drink enough water?
Most likely no! I advise you to adhere to the following rules.
1. You don’t need to drink a lot and quickly at once.
Drink in small sips in several doses. This will greatly facilitate the work of the kidneys. 2. Drink 1-2 glasses immediately after waking up (preferably hot boiled water). This will quickly fill all the cells of the digestive system with moisture, and the food received at breakfast will be absorbed faster. Plus, it will also help remove waste products from the body more effectively. 3. Try not to drink very cold water. Due to a sharp change in temperature, a spasm of the vocal folds may occur and the voice will be lost for some time. And the body itself gets a whole bunch of inflammatory diseases. In addition, according to recent studies, ice water leads to a decrease in metabolic processes and ultimately leads to obesity. 4. Don't drink too hot water. Firstly, it destroys the enamel of the teeth. And secondly, it burns the mucous membrane of the pharynx, esophagus and stomach. Plus, it leads to changes in internal organs: for example, increased sensitivity of the walls of the stomach. 5. Don't drink while eating. And also immediately before meals and immediately after meals, otherwise the liquid you drink will dilute the gastric juice or even wash it out completely. As a result, the food eaten will not be digested, but... rot, producing toxins. 6. You need to drink water before doing physical exercise to create a supply of free water for sweating. 7. You should drink water whenever you feel thirsty, even while eating (this is an exception to the rule). 8. Those who are prone to constipation and do not consume enough fruits and vegetables should drink water. Two or three glasses of water in the morning immediately after waking up act as the most effective laxative. Gastroenterologists recommend drinking at least
1 hour before meals .
And 1.5 hours
after eating, if you ate vegetables or fruits. And after eating heavy food (meat, fish, desserts), you should drink no earlier than 2 hours later.

Which water is healthier?
Of course, it is better not to drink
tap water In our country, tap water contains impurities based mainly on chlorine. It may also contain excessive mineral content, which, if accumulated over a long period of time, can lead to kidney disease. You shouldn’t get carried away with just boiled water either.
Boiling is not capable of killing all pathogenic bacteria, and heavy metal salts only become more harmful from boiling.
And useful substances, such as calcium and magnesium salts, settle on the walls of the kettle in the form of a hard white coating. Drinking spring water is unsafe
, because its benefits depend on what layers of soil it passed through before reaching the surface.
It would be good if it was soil enriched with silver. What if, for example, it’s gray? Sometimes waste products of people and animals are found in water samples, which is also not very pleasant. Therefore, if the source is located on the territory of a city or town, it is better to refuse such water. It is better to exclude carbonated water from your diet altogether
.
After all, in such water oxygen is artificially replaced by carbon dioxide. And in order to get rid of it, the body needs a lot of fluid. In other words, by drinking soda, we further dehydrate the body. So it is ideal to use either water purification filters or buy special purified bottled water. Please remember that regular table water is poured into bottles from the tap. Only it is first purified to a distilled state, and then enriched with minerals.

We found out that you need to drink 2.5 liters of water per day.
But! Only in the absence of certain factors that are the basis for increasing the amount of fluid consumed. There are quite a lot of these factors, so I will highlight the main ones. 1. Body weight. The indicated 2.5 liters of water is an acceptable norm for people whose average weight is 60 kg. So, if you are overweight, add 1 glass to this norm for every 20 kg of excess weight. 2. Air temperature and humidity. Heat and low air humidity (including during the heating season or airplane flights) should cause an increase in fluid intake by 1.5-2 glasses per day. In a bathhouse or steam room you need to drink as much as you like all the time. 3. Rapid breathing. During physical activity or climbing mountains, we begin to breathe more often, losing more fluid. To replenish it, you need to drink a glass of water every hour of active breathing. 4. Caffeine, alcohol and cigarettes. To avoid dehydration, you should drink a glass of water before such drinks and before each cigarette. 5. Breastfeeding. We drink as much as we want. This will not make the milk “liquid”. But the child will receive not only “food” with milk, but also “water”. 6. Age after 60. Older people are more susceptible to dehydration as kidney function deteriorates with age and thirst signals become weaker, which ultimately leads to a lack of fluid in the body. 7. Use of medications. Many medications lead to dehydration. In addition, additional water is required in order to remove these drugs from the body. 8. Colds. Additional water during ARVI or flu is needed not only to flush the body and remove toxins that are formed in it under the influence of the virus. The liquid also thins the mucus and washes away the decay products of pathogenic microbes from the surface of the mucous membrane of the throat.

What conclusions did I draw for myself: - Drink 2-2.5 liters of water a day, without gas. — Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water in the morning, on an empty stomach, at room temperature, to cleanse the intestines and start metabolic processes in the body. - Do not drink water at least 1 hour before meals. And 1.5 hours after eating, if you ate vegetables or fruits. And after eating heavy food (meat, fish, desserts), you should drink no earlier than 2 hours later.

Drink water during physical activity.
— I don’t go on diets, but after 26 years I already try not to eat in the evening, whatever one may say, everything that is eaten at night begins to be deposited in problem areas.
Therefore, when I feel hungry, I drink a large glass of lukewarm water, with a lemon and a drop of honey.
My hunger goes away and I can sleep peacefully. What I experienced in three months was that my skin cleared up, along with drinking flaxseed oil in the morning, I lost 2 kg, without changing my diet or physical activity. Your hair has become softer and your complexion is healthier and more even. So this is not empty standard advice from the Internet, it’s been tested by myself! And finally, let me remind you once again that before you start following this or that water intake program, you must consult with your doctor. After all, the above information is for informational purposes only and cannot replace individual recommendations from specialists.
Health to you!
