Composition and beneficial properties of fermented baked milk

The properties of fermented milk product are explained by the rich composition of nutrients. Among the vitamins, group B predominates - choline, riboflavin, niacin and ascorbic acid, and among minerals - calcium, potassium, sodium, chlorine, phosphorus, iron and fluorine, copper and tin.
