In order to stay young and beautiful, people use a variety of methods. Some become adherents of proper nutrition, give up bad habits, and engage in Facebook building. Others prefer the help of qualified cosmetologists and resort to injection methods of rejuvenation. Injections of Botox and its analogues remain steadily popular.
The effect of alcohol on facial skin
Alcoholic drinks negatively affect not only internal organs, but also a person’s appearance. First of all, regular libations leave an imprint on the face. Even a single dose of alcohol in the morning is manifested by a puffy face, cloudy red eyes, and dull hair. But these manifestations quickly pass.
Woke up
It’s another matter when alcohol is an integral part of life. Then the changes are much more serious:
- uneven, dry, flaky skin of a grayish-yellow hue;
- the appearance of spider veins on the face, local redness;
- the appearance of bags under the eyes;
- pronounced folds form at the inner edge of the eye, the eyes appear sunken;
- the eyelids and wings of the nose swell;
- numerous wrinkles appear, which become more pronounced over time;
- the nasolabial fold deepens greatly;
- pores expand, inflammation and pustules appear;
- The oval of the face floats, a double chin appears.
On a woman’s face, all these signs appear much faster and more clearly than on men. And most problems can be corrected with Botox injections or similar drugs.
Negative consequences after drinking alcohol
Alcoholic drinks have a negative effect on the skin. In women, the consequences of abuse are more noticeable than in men. This manifests itself in:
- loss of elasticity and firmness;
- the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes, nasolabial wrinkles become more distinct;
- the complexion becomes dull and acquires a gray tint;
- Pores enlarge, the skin becomes dry and peeling occurs.
Considering these factors, it becomes obvious that being young and drinking alcoholic beverages is unacceptable. If you do not follow the doctor's recommendations, an unexpected effect may occur:
- drooping of the upper eyelid, sometimes until it closes completely;
- raising eyebrows;
- omission of the corners of the mouth;
- inability to express any emotion.
Can I drink alcohol if Botox is injected into my forehead? Experts note that there is a drooping of one eyebrow or both, with a corresponding facial expression of a crying person. In addition, side effects increase (swelling, hematomas, lumps). Patients also complain about:
- dizziness;
- general swelling of the face, nausea;
- dry mouth;
- painful sensations at the injection sites.
In a state of intoxication, you can ignore any other contraindications, for example, visiting a bathhouse, sauna, etc.
In some cases, the combination provoked blood thickening and the formation of blood clots. There is a risk of acute embolism, which can be fatal.
Mechanism of action of Botox
Botox is a strong organic poison that causes muscle paralysis. The drug is based on botulinum neurotoxin type A, obtained from the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. When the substance enters the body, it destroys neuromuscular connections, as a result of which the transmission of impulses to the muscles is blocked. As a result of muscle relaxation, facial wrinkles are smoothed out.
The duration of the drug depends on the dosage, injection site, frequency of procedures and individual characteristics of the body. In most cases, the effect lasts 4 – 12 months. During this time, the drug completely leaves the body and the anti-aging effect disappears.
Botox for the face has been used in aesthetic medicine for more than 20 years. Due to the low concentration of the toxin, it is considered a fairly safe remedy, naturally, provided that the procedure is carried out by a competent and experienced specialist.
Question answer
Many ladies are afraid to even try botulinum toxin injections on themselves, as they consider Botox a poison.
But this is a mistaken opinion. The drug is absolutely safe if you follow all recommendations. The dosage of botulinum toxin itself is acceptable and does not harm human health. This substance is also used to treat neurological pathologies, where up to a thousand units of this component are taken. To eliminate wrinkles, the dosage does not exceed 50 units. The result directly depends on the dosage and technique of the procedure. In the modern world, the vast majority of qualified doctors strive to achieve naturalness after injections. Therefore, to avoid facing a mask-like face, go to a good doctor.
This product is used not only when creases have already formed. It is actively used as a preventive measure. Even young girls can use such injections to wean themselves from wrinkling, for example, their forehead.
Compatibility issue between Botox and alcohol
The question of the compatibility of anti-aging injections and alcoholic beverages is still controversial, but most experts categorically do not recommend such a combination.
Coming to an initial consultation with a cosmetologist, the client receives many recommendations regarding the following points:
- for how long it is necessary to abstain from alcohol before and after the procedure;
- what side effects can you get from combining alcohol and Botox;
- how to resolve the issue if you cannot stop drinking alcohol during the recovery period.
Carrying out the procedure
The ban is primarily due to the fact that after drinking alcohol, blood vessels dilate and blood flow accelerates. As a result, the area of distribution of the drug may significantly expand and the result of the injection may be unpredictable.
In addition, both drinks based on ethyl alcohol and botulinum toxin type A are essentially toxic substances, and their combined effect can be too negative for the body.
The ban on compatibility applies not only to Botox, but also to its analogues; you cannot combine alcohol and Relatox (a popular Russian-made drug), Dysport, Botulax, Xeomin and others.
Reviews
Having learned how much not to drink alcohol, many people are interested in reviews from other patients. They come in a wide variety, but you should never focus on any specific case.
ANNA, 45 YEARS OLD:
“Lately I have been regularly undergoing the procedure with a professional cosmetologist.
I didn’t drink alcohol either after or before the injection, as I have a friend who felt all the negative effects from it. Her face simply became a mask, and it took her a long time to get rid of it. I prefer not to take risks, I don’t drink for two weeks and I feel fine, fortunately I don’t look my age at 45.”
INNA, 55 YEARS OLD:
“I had a Botox injection once, but the cosmetologist did not warn me about the possible consequences of drinking alcohol.
That same evening I drank a glass of wine and the allergy started. Moreover, the effect of the procedure lasted two months, instead of the stated six. I don’t take risks like that anymore, because looks are more valuable. I’m still thinking about going for this type of rejuvenation, I’ve already read about all the restrictions.”
IVANNA, 54 YEARS OLD:
“Before and after the procedure, I consulted with a professional and was warned about the dangers and risks. After a week had passed, I drank a little wine, but there were no consequences, although I was afraid and apprehensive. In fact, everything is not as scary as they say, but precautions must be taken!”
The effect of alcohol during Botox injections
If you drink alcohol after Botox injections, the body’s reaction can follow almost immediately:
- due to the rush of blood, the complexion will become crimson;
- there will be a feeling of a “burning” face;
- dizziness and severe weakness may occur;
- Possible nausea.
In rare cases, the combination of alcohol and Botox can cause blood thickening and blood clots, which can lead to blockage of blood vessels.
Is it possible to drink alcohol before Botox?
It is not advisable to drink alcohol 3-5 days before Botox injections, and some doctors double this period. This is explained by the fact that ethyl alcohol, and especially the toxic products of its breakdown, disrupt metabolic processes in the body and are completely eliminated within a few days.
If you inject Botox immediately after drinking alcohol, you may not only not get the desired result, but also provoke an adverse reaction in the form of “slipping” of the face or the appearance of bumps under the skin. Sometimes a procedure performed after drinking alcohol can have the opposite effect and deeper wrinkles will appear.
Is alcohol allowed between sessions when there are several courses?
To achieve a satisfactory result, most often one procedure is not enough; injections are given in a course. Some patients are interested in whether it is possible to drink alcohol after the first series of Botox injections.
In this case, you can indeed drink alcohol during the break, but only if more than three weeks pass between sessions. It is important to follow the same rules here - do not drink alcohol 3-4 days before Botox and 2 weeks after the injection.
If the cosmetologist prescribed procedures with a shorter break, then you should not take risks, it is better to be patient until the entire course of injections is completed.
Why can't you drink alcohol after injections?
The recovery period after injection anti-aging procedures is a very important component of a good result. The first few days may cause pain, hematomas, and swelling.
Alcohol is prohibited
These symptoms quickly go away if you follow a gentle regime and follow all the recommendations of the cosmetologist. If you drink alcohol immediately after Botox injections, you can simply forget that in the first hours after the injection you cannot:
- lie down, bend over;
- eat salty, hot, spicy foods;
- experience physical activity.
In addition, those who claim that you can drink alcohol after Botox hardly take into account the fact that alcohol provokes active work of the kidneys and the excretory system as a whole. A lot of fluid is removed from the body and some of the injected drug may come out. This means that the effect of the procedure will be much weaker than expected.
Another point is that the body, weakened by the toxic effect of alcohol metabolites, will recover worse. Because of this, hematomas and swelling will persist for a longer period.
Horizontal body position
After Botox injections, you should not lie down and, especially, take a horizontal position face down for 4-5 hours after the procedure - due to a rush of blood to the head. This influx leads to vasodilation, intensification of biochemical processes in the intercellular space and in the injected muscles themselves. Because of this, part of the botulinum toxin, which has not yet had time to penetrate the nerve cells, may be inactivated, which will lead to a decrease in the effect of the injections: a smaller part of the drug will have the desired effect - therefore, the result will be less pronounced than expected.
For 4-5 hours after the procedure, you should avoid positions where blood flow to the head increases, that is, you should not lie down and bend your head down.
Another effect is also possible: due to the rush of blood to the face and the intense movement of substances in the intercellular space, the dose of botulinum toxin may partially go beyond the boundaries of the muscles into which it was injected and act on neighboring fibers that were not intended to be immobilized. As a result, noticeable cosmetic defects are possible: ptosis, raised eyebrows or both eyebrows, “waxy face.”
The likelihood of undesirable consequences if this rule is violated is quite high. After injections, botulinum toxin itself is distributed naturally in the tissues, and the rush of blood to the face is quite capable of influencing its normal distribution.
Therefore, within 4-5 hours after the injections you should either walk quietly or sit - in a car, on a sofa, in a park on a bench, in a cafe at a table. But you can’t go to bed, just lie down on the sofa or bed.
This limitation is especially relevant when injecting into the muscles near the eyes: here the spread of botulinum toxin into neighboring muscles leads to the most noticeable and unsightly side effects.
The very mechanism by which undesirable phenomena can develop in this case is generally universal. It is the risk of its implementation that is the reason for many other restrictions in the rehabilitation period.
How long should you drink alcohol after Botox on your forehead?
Injections of Botox or its analogues into the forehead are one of the most popular procedures. Since this part of the face is one of the most involved in various facial expressions (people frown, raise their eyebrows in question or surprise, etc.), it is on the forehead that over time most often deep longitudinal wrinkles occur, which can be eliminated with the help of creams and masks almost impossible. Don’t forget that this is the largest part of the face and even small errors become immediately noticeable.
Here, experts voice exactly the same rules as for Botox injections in other parts of the face: alcohol is allowed no earlier than two weeks after the procedure.
If you drink alcohol after the Botox procedure without waiting the specified period, then instead of a tightened, smooth forehead, you can get drooping of one or both eyebrows, as well as the appearance of bumps and ptosis of the upper eyelids.
Modern cosmetology and beauty injections
Modern cosmetology does not stand still. It is constantly evolving, new drugs, techniques, and equipment appear to maintain beauty and prolong youth. Nowadays, so-called beauty injections – Botox – are common.
Some women, deciding on such a procedure, do not learn about contraindications, and cosmetologists, for the purpose of profit, simply do not talk about them. In fact, Botox is a medical drug, so such injections have their limitations.
The ideal option is to consult with an experienced cosmetologist before the procedure, take all the necessary tests and undergo an examination. In this case, all negative consequences will be minimized.
What is Botox? Botulinum toxin is a toxin that causes a blockade of impulse transmission in the muscles, due to this they relax and facial wrinkles caused by active muscle contraction are leveled. This substance is the main component of Botox.
So, are botulinum toxin and alcohol compatible, and why not (you can read reviews about this on medical websites)? All doctors will answer you in the affirmative that after such injections it is necessary to avoid drinking alcohol.
On some sites you can find information that botulinum toxin and alcohol are compatible, but you should not believe it. Botox, of course, affects specific muscle groups, but the consequences of drinking strong drinks (even a glass of wine) can be quite unpredictable.
When can I use it after Botox?
When asked exactly how long after Botox you can drink alcohol, experts do not have a clear answer. But they all agree on one thing: a week is the minimum period of abstinence from alcohol.
Moreover, many consider such a period to be insufficient, arguing that the drug begins to act gradually and the final result of the injection will appear only after 14-15 days, which means it is worth giving up alcohol for this period. There are also those who claim that you should not drink for 3 or even 4 weeks after the injections.
During the specified period after Botox injections, you should not drink not only strong drinks, but also wine. As you know, this drink provokes increased blood circulation, which means it significantly increases the likelihood of the formation of severe hematomas.
Champagne is also prohibited after Botox. Due to its strong carbonation, the drink, when mixed with ethanol, can also cause headaches, impaired coordination of movements, and vomiting.
Refusal of wine
Can I drink non-alcoholic beer?
There are no special restrictions on the use of such a drink. Therefore, it is allowed to drink it after surgery. But even in this case, certain rules must be followed:
- control the dose;
- Avoid salty, spicy, fatty snacks that contribute to fluid retention in the body.
Do not forget that even non-alcoholic beer has a pronounced diuretic effect. Abuse of such a drink can nullify the work of a cosmetologist and accelerate skin aging.
How to minimize the effects of alcohol?
Many people believe that after Botox you can drink beer, since the drink contains very little alcohol and is unlikely to cause harm. This is not true, beer is on the list of prohibited drinks, just like other alcohol.
If it does happen that the ban on drinking alcohol for a certain time after the procedure was violated, you should try to correct the situation as quickly as possible. There are several quite effective ways to do this:
- a large amount of clean drinking water, unsweetened compote, herbal teas;
- long walks in the fresh air.
Under no circumstances should you try to induce vomiting, because in this case you will have to spend some time bending over, and this is strictly contraindicated during the rehabilitation period. Also, you should not drink strong tea or coffee, they can worsen the situation.
What do the doctor's say?
It is useful to keep in mind that doctors' instructions and prescriptions regarding alcohol intake can be diametrically opposed. Some specialists strictly follow the official instructions of drug manufacturers and cosmetology guidelines, which prohibit drinking alcohol before and after injections.
Review
“My doctor strictly ordered me not to drink any alcohol for a week, not even beer. But I somehow forgot and on the second day after the Dysport injections I drank champagne with my friends at the child’s birthday party. I was very worried later, I called her, but it passed) 4 months already, the flight is normal, everything is holding up.”
Olga, Moscow
Other doctors view such restrictions as relics of a time when botulinum toxin was poorly researched and statistics on its use were insufficient to form concrete conclusions. From their point of view, then, at the dawn of the use of botulinum toxin in cosmetology, alcohol was included in the number of prohibited products for insurance purposes, only as a precaution.
The opinions of doctors on the issue of prohibiting alcohol after Botox injections are ambiguous. Most adhere to the official instructions of manufacturers prohibiting alcohol, others consider such a ban only as a precautionary measure.
Today, when there is a lot of factual data on the use of Botox and other similar drugs, there are certain statistics and personal medical experience. And for many specialists, this experience shows that the frequency of side effects from drinking alcohol after botulinum therapy does not exceed the same frequency without drinking alcohol, and in general, alcohol and neurotoxin injections are quite compatible with each other.
Review
“I asked my doctor why alcohol is not allowed after Botox. Not because I’m an alcoholic) It was just interesting. The doctor didn’t say anything intelligible. But she clearly hinted that if in moderation, it is quite possible, the main thing is not to get drunk as hell and control yourself. And so doctors play it safe..."
Ira, Ekaterinburg
That is, some doctors are more loyal and either do not restrict patients too much in trying to drink drinks, or significantly reduce the period of prohibition, up to 1 day before therapy and 2-3 days after it.
Moreover, some cosmetologists even openly say that after Botox you can drink alcohol without any serious consequences.
Review
“As the French say, today you can combine botulinum therapy with even champagne. That is, the routes of administration of botulinum toxin and alcohol are different. We do not recommend wiping the injection site with alcohol and use aqueous chlorhexidine, but if the patient wants to drink champagne in the evening, he can do it no problem. This is a myth that has long been debunked..."
Naumchik G. A., cosmetologist
There are even cases when doctors recommend celebrating the successful completion of the procedure with champagne and “fixing” the result.
Review:
“I asked my cosmetologist if it was possible to drink beer or champagne, she told me straight out that in her patients, if they drink something alcoholic on the same day, Botox sets faster. Normally it takes 10 days, but after shampoo it gets better within 3-4 days. She advised me to drink a little in the evening. Well, what am I? I don't mind))"
Irina, from messages on the forum
What to do in such a situation? The wisest thing to do is to do what the doctor who performed botulinum therapy says (while not forgetting about your common sense). The cosmetologist is responsible for the result, and if he allows you to “sip”, you can trust him. If he strictly prohibits it, he has reasons for this, and it is better to follow his instructions. Moreover, nothing terrible will definitely happen from a few days of abstinence.
Contraindications to the procedure
There are several contraindications to injections of Botox and its analogues. These include:
- age (less than 18 and more than 65 years);
- taking antibiotics during the procedure and rehabilitation period;
- significant physical activity shortly before the procedure;
- exacerbation of chronic diseases;
- the presence of malignant neoplasms;
- history of facial surgery;
- inflammation or damage to the skin at the injection site;
- during a respiratory illness;
- if your facial skin is prone to the appearance of keloid scars.
Features of the drug
The Botox procedure is the injection under the skin with small needles in small doses of the American drug botulinum toxin, which basically contains neurotoxin type A. The drug acts as follows: it enters the muscle, subsequently the muscle relaxes and does not atrophy, but the botulinum toxin does not enter the blood circulation. Therefore, the skin becomes smooth.
To achieve maximum results, the drug must be administered correctly , into the appropriate areas on the skin, so you need to find a professional doctor. As a rule, during surgery, the cosmetologist asks you to constantly change your facial expressions so that the injection affects all problem areas.
This procedure is not painful , and the injection feels like a mosquito bite. Some may experience discomfort after administration, a feeling of heaviness in the face, but this goes away after a few hours. In case of an insurmountable fear of injections, the patient may be offered local anesthesia, but this will be included in the cost of the operation, of course.
The choice of a specialist must be approached carefully, as this will not only allow the operation to be performed efficiently, but will also preserve the patient’s health. If, at the first consultation with a doctor, some suspicions arise regarding the doctor’s qualifications, then you should start looking for a specialist with experience. Ask the doctor questions about the future result, tell us about your expectations. If you remove even one wrinkle on your face, you can change your appearance beyond recognition.
Procedure
The patient is placed on a special chair in a semi-lying position. The procedure site must first be disinfected. After this, using a thin needle, Botox is injected under the skin or into the muscle in a small dose. The procedure itself lasts no more than five minutes. After administration, ice is applied for 15 minutes.
It should also be noted that deep wrinkles on the neck and around the nasolabial triangle cannot be completely removed with the help of such a miracle substance. But as a counterbalance to this, you can completely remove wrinkles around the eyes, vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows and horizontal forehead wrinkles. Additionally, you can lower the high position of the eyebrows.
Preparing for surgery
It is important to learn how to properly prepare for the procedure and how much not to drink after Botox. First, you need to realize that the key to the success of the procedure depends primarily on how sincere the patient will be with the doctor before the operation.
Therefore, you need to tell your doctor the truth if you used before the procedure:
- antibiotics;
- heart medications;
- drugs for neuralgia;
- vitamin and mineral supplements;
- It is not recommended to use fish oil, St. John's wort, or aspirin for 3-4 days before the procedure (it strongly thins the blood).
And, of course, you should not drink alcohol or tobacco before the Botox procedure. The day before the injection, you should not put much physical stress on the body or bend your head down. In addition, you should forget for a few days before the operation about prolonged exposure to the sun, sauna, swimming pool, etc.
Possible consequences
Drinking alcohol after a Botox injection can cause a variety of complications:
- weak result of the procedure or its absence;
- the appearance of noticeable bumps, swelling, hematomas in the injection area;
- signs of intoxication – nausea, vomiting, dizziness;
- slow healing;
- severe redness in the injection area;
- the effect of a wax mask, when the muscles are so immobilized that there is practically no facial expression.
But you should not drink alcohol after Botox, not only because the result does not meet expectations. In some cases, the consequences can be extremely serious - the patient may experience pulmonary paralysis, which, in the absence of timely medical care, can cause death.

I attended Botox for my birthday the next day, and I’ll say I drank quite a bit. Nothing happened, as always it fell into place and held on for half a year.

Girls, I was offended by you, but I can’t - my forehead hurts from yesterday’s muscle “training”, making faces after Botox. I did it yesterday for the first time, and they also warned me about 10 days of abstinence. A friend is coming tomorrow, I want to get drunk, but what to do? Either have fun, or throw away money in the ass - ***** is pressing, Botox won’t do it. I wonder if non-alcoholic beer or wine is at least ok. Oh please.
I drank it on the 3rd day after the injection, waking up in the morning with a headache, I thought I would collapse and the nausea was the same as in the 3-4th month of pregnancy, and this is from 50g. good vodka with a good snack in the evening. 3 tablets of spasmalgon do not help my head. I can’t tilt my head from nausea all day drinking apple juice. VERY BAD. I don’t care what the results of the injections will be, as long as the headache goes away (I drank on Saturday, today is Monday). Be attentive to yourself.
oh, girls, I laughed. But I still didn’t understand what to do. I made it the day before yesterday, and I’m sitting here sipping the whiskey in small sips and wondering if it will set or not :)
My cosmetologist said that nothing will happen from a glass of wine! If only she knew how much I’ve already consumed, it’s okay, I’m still hard-on) but in general, she told me that everything is possible after 2 weeks: sauna and sports and massage and alcohol.
My subjective opinion is that this is somehow connected with the liver.. After all, it removes toxins from the body.. So to speak, it filters our body.. Botox is a poison and taking it with alcohol aggravates its toxic effect on the liver.. I repeat, this is mine subjective opinion and it is not confirmed by anything.

Well, I don’t know how much I injected, the cosmetologist told me: on the day of the injection you can’t have strong alcohol, weak alcohol is ok! You can’t bend over and lie down for a couple of hours. There was no talk about any 2 weeks. You can’t go to the sauna or bathhouse for 2 weeks. Injections and Botox and Dysport. Everything stood up, everything was holding up well!
I have been doing it consistently for 4 years. Each time the duration of action increases. I drink shampoo on the 3rd day. Everything is fine

Does anyone know how kissing affects the upper lip into which the gel was pumped? I live in Dubai and for some reason I get Botox done, my cosmetologist said no problem, you can drink alcohol the next day. If someone’s pain went away quickly, it’s probably not right. Drink to your health and wash your new face without wrinkles)))))
I did Botox, a couple of days later I drank cognac, as a result there was swelling under my eyes for almost a week. everyone laughed)) but on his own he defended himself clearly for six months. It's better not to really drink
wa ha ha hahahahaha great comment!
It’s complete nonsense after Botox you can do almost anything, you don’t need to get tattoos or inject other drugs at the injection site
Well, I don’t drink at all, Botox doesn’t last for more than a month, many people are unhappy, before everyone was fine for at least 3-4 months. and now, for that kind of money. nothing to do with your beer, read the reviews

I had Botox injections twice. The second time I did it, I went to Spain. Well, you can’t help but drink there. This kind of wine. I was drunk every day for a month)))) Everything is fine. The effect of Botox lasted 6 months.
I don't know if there are any drunks here!
I think that the ban on drinking alcohol after injections is most likely due to possible negative consequences for the body as a whole. It's like alcohol and drugs. I didn’t notice that it affected the effect. I allow myself a little beer or a glass or two of wine starting from the third day after the injections.
Laughing out loud. ))) I did it myself today, and there’s an event on Saturday, so I’m wondering who to believe? For those who drank themselves to the point of headaches and nausea, or for those for whom everything is ok!)))
I had Botox done and 2 hours later we were drinking beer with a friend. Botox set like a rock and lasted 7 months. everything is individual)))
Ahaha))) my cosmetologist came after another internship in America and said that they don’t worry about alcohol and Botox at all. They seem to take it easier there. well, like necessary vaccinations or something (although their prices are much lower for all this)
The first time I did Dysport in Kazakhstan, they said you can’t drink for two weeks, and the results lasted almost a year. Now I live in Switzerland, the day before yesterday I had Dysport done on my forehead, and yesterday I drank a glass of beer, because the doctor said I shouldn’t drink, they say it’s the first time I’ve heard nonsense. I don’t know who believe:-)))
Hi all! I did Botox for the second time (now six months later). Summer is coming and the old effect has disappeared. In general, I took alcohol on the fifth day after the procedure. The cosmetologist said no, not two weeks. She didn’t say why. Personally, it seemed to me that after “using” the muscles “tightened” more tightly than before. Now the forehead is smooth, like a baby’s. Nothing hurt, didn’t itch, so I think that the so-called contraindications are nonsense and slander from cosmetologists)))
Damn, girls, everyone here is such a drinker that you can’t wait 7-10 days after a Botox injection. everyone needs it at once.
I had Botox done this afternoon, now I’m sitting and drinking beer. I'm looking forward to seeing the results tomorrow :-)
