Revitonics - the main exercises for the face, neck and back at home

Rules for performing exercises

Natalya Osminina claims that revitonics can be practiced at any age, and it is better to start from an early age. It is not recommended to combine facial fitness with other techniques, since the use of other practices can harm already restored muscles, again causing spasm in them. There are several rules that must be followed when performing exercises.

30 seconds

Many techniques in N. Osminina’s fitness complex are based on the “30 seconds” rule. It consists of holding the muscles in a compressed state for 30 seconds, which leads to their complete relaxation. This is a technique in which the muscle returns to the starting point that caused it to spasm, and the body is forced to solve this problem by completely relaxing the spasmed muscle.

30 seconds - the time required for a muscle of the face or neck to relieve spasm and tension.

When following this rule, you need to keep in mind that it only applies to the removal of increased muscle tone (hypertonicity).

Stretching

To return the compressed muscle to its original appearance, stretching is applied. When a muscle of the face or neck is subjected to spasm for a long time, it shortens, which leads to deformation of the oval of the face and a change in the shape of the neck.

Gently stretching the muscle helps lengthen it and restore its original shape.

Stretching must be done very smoothly, gently and carefully, since the effect is on the muscle sheath (fascia). The internal sensation should be as if an elastic band is slowly being pulled out.

Pre-tensioning and fixation

Pretension and fixation is tensioning the muscle in the counter or opposite direction until it relaxes at the site of impact, and then fixing the hands in a given position for 2-5 seconds to consolidate the result.

Load and balance

When performing a basic set of exercises according to the “30 seconds” rule, minimal force is applied to the muscle. Correct implementation of the course involves pinpointing with your fingers on areas of muscle tissue.

Balance is the central concept in the revitonics complex, as it supports the combination of its effectiveness and harmlessness. In relation to the face, everything must be in balance, from the fibers of the muscles in relation to each other to each bone of the skull.

The essence of the method

The method is based on the ideas of the tansegrity system. According to it, the musculoskeletal system is a balanced and coordinated biomechanical structure that affects all systems and tissues of the body, including the skin.

"Revitonika" allows you to eliminate the main causes of skin aging and deterioration of its condition - swelling, muscle spasms, as well as fascial traction. Each of these reasons is worth talking about in more detail.

  1. Swelling. Due to stagnation of fluid in the tissues, lymphostasis develops - lymph stagnation. As a result, blood circulation, blood supply to tissues, and the supply of necessary nutrients to them are disrupted. The skin becomes flabby and loses tone; fat begins to be deposited on the cheeks and chin due to a slowdown in metabolic processes. "Revitonika" allows you to relieve swelling and improve blood circulation.
  2. Muscle spasm. Due to constant tension, the muscles are constantly in a state of spasm and, therefore, increase in size and literally stretch the skin. And due to constant stretching, the skin loses its tone and becomes flabby. The technique will allow you to learn to completely relax.
  3. Fascial traction. Fascia is the covering of the muscle. All fascia are interconnected and form the soft skeleton of the human body. And if some fasciae are pulled together in some place (for example, in the abdominal cavity due to abdominal pain), then they pull others along with them, for example, the fascia of the neck, and behind them the lower part of the face. The “Revitonika” technique allows you to eliminate fascial tractions and minimize their consequences.

Revitonics - a fitness technique for rejuvenating appearance, gymnastics for the face

Revitonics, first of all, is aimed at a comprehensive tightening of the facial muscles, toning the skin, getting rid of jowls, Bisha's lumps, manifestations of signs of aging - deep nasolabial folds, wrinkles and sagging skin.

The author of the methodology scientifically substantiates each set of exercises and the rules for their implementation, which distinguishes this course from many analogues that do not have any confirmation from science and medicine.

Over the years, the technique has been improved, adding useful elements and getting rid of the least effective ones. And in 2004, the final version was created, incorporating the most effective techniques and methods for different age groups of patients.

Revitonics is based on vacuum massage and sculptural fitness. Each technique solves specific problems and is aimed at toning the facial muscles, correcting the shape and oval of the face.

Using the technique, problems such as:

  1. Edema. Unfavorable environmental living conditions, not always a healthy diet and lack of proper rest lead to impaired circulation of small and large vessels and lymphostasis. The consequence of this is excessive accumulation of fluid (swelling), dark circles under the eyes, and deterioration of the general condition of the dermis.
  2. Muscle spasms. Frequent stress and tension do not allow muscles to relax. Therefore, along with the muscles, the skin is also under tension, which over time stretches and loses its elastic properties.
  3. Fascial stretches. All ligaments in the human body are connected to each other. Therefore, when a muscle spasm occurs in one place, it affects (always to varying degrees) the facial fascia, giving them unnecessary stress. As a result, the overall tone of the human muscular skeleton decreases.

Stereotypes

Why do we grow old? Numerous studies by scientists have not yet given a comprehensive answer to this question, despite the fact that there are more than 10 main theories (the theory of vital substance, the theory of genetic mutations, the theory of reproductive exhaustion, neuroendocrine, theory of the immune system, chaos theory, etc.)[1 ] 1

Only one thing has been scientifically proven: old age, as such, is not provided for by nature - not a single animal dies of old age, only people and domestic animals that we care for are susceptible to this “disease”. Old age is a gift from civilization. All other living beings die for various reasons long before its onset: some wear out their teeth and cannot get food, others get sick in their joints and cannot hunt, etc. That is, the first failures in the body become the reason that the animal either dies a natural death from hunger, or, having weakened, becomes the prey of predators. In any case, wild animals do not face old age. Only a civilization that has mastered medicine is able to prolong its age.

And how we manage the portion of our life given by her is not in the hands of God or Mother Nature, but in our own hands. After all, our genes do not dictate how old we should look at certain periods of our lives. And a lot depends on ourselves: on the level of our knowledge, which allows us to consciously treat our own health and lead a correct lifestyle.

It is not entirely correct to associate the manifestation of age-related changes on the face with the general aging of the body. Despite the fact that the face is a part of our body, nevertheless, everyone knows of cases when a person’s face looks much worse, or, conversely, much younger than his passport and, most importantly, biological age. Nature has not given us a standard by which we should be equal. In some countries people look better, in others they look worse. For example, on one of the islands near Japan, women and men at 55 look like 30-year-olds, and no scientist has yet been able to unravel the reason for their youthfulness. In the 19th century, not so far from us, the mother of a girl of marriageable age was usually called “old mother” in all Russian works. Although the “old lady” herself most likely gave birth to her daughter no later than 18–20 years old (at that time, girls over 25 were considered old maids, overripe matrons). That is, according to the most conservative estimates, the “old mother” should be no more than 38–42 years old. In the works of V. Dumas, E. Zola, Guy de Maupassant, a lady after 33 years was already considered elderly. And even now village women look much older than their urban counterparts. And not only because their lives are physically harder and they take less care of their appearance. A person always, willingly or unwillingly, compares himself with others. In his mind live the standards of appearance, correlated with age. These images are formed on the basis of his everyday experience, stereotypes of that time and the area where he lives. Comparisons with these standards, embedded in the consciousness and subconscious, determine our criteria regarding our own appearance or the appearance of others. After all, as a woman usually argues: “I look younger than my age, because my neighbor on the site is my age, but looks older than me.” If the comparison is not in her favor, a science such as genetics immediately comes to mind. “Look, Maria Mikhailovna, she hasn’t done anything to her face all her life, she hasn’t even applied cream, but she looks so young. What can you do, nature, genetics!

But maybe you shouldn’t live by stereotypes or point to the insurmountable barrier of genetics. After all, as mentioned above, nature does not write in our genes how old we should look, and we have a chance to look much younger than today’s accepted standards until we are very old. Of course, no one discounts genetics. The genetic characteristics of the aging of each individual exist, but not as a portrait of our face in old age embedded in the genes, which cannot be changed, but rather as genetically programmed weak links in the systems of our body, the so-called “weak spots”, in which “where it is thin, there is is torn."

Realities

According to research by L.Z. Tel, there are 5 different types of facial aging: in some people the elasticity of the soft tissues of the face decreases, in others the faces are covered with a network of wrinkles, like a “baked apple”, in others they become deformed beyond recognition in old age, in others they are a mixed type, in others they age later. But in any case, we can say with confidence that the youth of our face (muscle tone and skin turgor) directly depends on blood circulation in the cervical spine, by correctly influencing which we can level out, soften, and delay nature-programmed failures and malfunctions in the central nervous system. (CNS).

After all, as you know, our body is structured on the principle of electrical communication - the brain, having bioelectrical activity, sends and receives electrical signals along the spine and nerve fibers to every organ and every muscle. And we have more than 70 muscles on the face and head. Some of them are innervated (supply electrical information) directly from the cranial nerves. But in the innervation of the muscles of the lower part of the face, the cervical spine plays the first violin. Genetic programmed “weaknesses” lead to the fact that with age, some people’s eyebrows sag faster, some people’s cheeks, some people’s chin, and some people’s face changes beyond recognition. It is impossible to foresee or predict what our face will turn into in old age, except by looking at the elders in the family (mom, dad), to whom you are genetically similar.

The famous humorist Klara Novikova has one “cosmetic” humoresque about the marks that age leaves on our faces, about how our eyebrows and cheeks fall off and only our ears remain young until old age (by the way, an absolute fallacy). And although this miniature does not contain even a tenth of those “horror stories” that await us in reality, it is as funny as it is sad for most listeners, especially women.

Causes of facial aging

Have you ever wondered what actually happens to our face, what processes have such a destructive effect on our appearance? What thoughts came to your mind when you saw an old woman or an elderly woman who had turned into a “hedgehog grandmother”? A sunken mouth, a gap instead of once full lips, the tip of the nose almost reaches the bent chin, drooping eyebrows, sunken eyes, the once rounded cheeks are pulled towards the nose like some kind of sausages, “dog jowls” are hanging, a sagging oval, the second (or already the third) chin, loose skin of the neck... – the thought that “we’ll all be there” makes your heart clench. Often, with such an appearance, the skin may not have many wrinkles. But this is the look of old age; nothing can fool it!

It is quite obvious that our life, our destiny, largely depends on how our face looks. Who, other things being equal, will they hire, prefer to see as a business partner or life partner - young or old? Of course, young. And the face is one of the main, and often the main indicator of our age. What a woman dares to do to maintain her youth and attractiveness. And men have finally realized that a well-groomed, youthful face is capital worth fighting for. Moreover, there is a real opportunity to have a young face until old age. You just need to move away from stereotypes and understand that the reasons for age-related changes in the face in the form of its folds and sagging lie not so much in the skin as in the changed muscle corset, “put on” in turn on the skull that has already changed with age. And in general, our characteristic appearance, our individual facial features, whether in old age or youth, are not determined by the skin. They depend mainly on the shape of the skull and the shape of the muscles, on the place of their attachment to the bones and the places of “adhesions” with the skin, the thickness of the subcutaneous fat, etc., in general, on everything that represents the frame on which in fact, the skin itself is stretched. And this whole system is also not eternal and also ages: the shape of the skull changes, muscles atrophy and dry out, capillaries spasm, ligaments stretch, etc.

Unfortunately, in the arsenal of modern cosmetology until now there were no means affecting this process. Moreover, cosmetology, as a science, almost did not deal with these structures, limiting itself to one skin. Many works have been written about the skin itself, its layers and its components, from which it seems to follow that the youth of our face is determined only by the youth of our skin, which thins with age, oxidizes, loses the required amount of subcutaneous fat, collagen, elastin, etc. And supposedly only these losses are caused by internal and external causes (age, physiology, genetic predisposition, photoaging under the influence of sunlight, smoking, exposure to free radicals, degree of skin care, climate, nutrition, lifestyle, etc. etc.), as well as excessive facial expressions lead to the appearance of wrinkles and other indicators of facial aging. Trying to stop or at least slow down this process, women begin to buy creams with dietary supplements: collagen and elastin, placenta and hormones. As for the latter, companies never indicate them in the composition of their cream - neither the presence of estrogens, nor the fact that the placenta is not cleared of hormones. Because to this day, the question of the possibility of using hormones in conventional cosmetic creams has not yet been resolved, since the immediate effect of their use is covered by a large number of quite serious complications, primarily from the organs of the endocrine system, as well as withdrawal syndrome (i.e. sudden deterioration in facial appearance when hormonal cream is discontinued).

Without a doubt, it is necessary to use creams (especially if you make the right choice in favor of natural, effective and harmless products). If only because, even knowing that good skin condition is not the key to the youth of the face itself, this indicator in any case is a measure of its well-groomed appearance. And this is also important.

Heavy artillery

In any case, no matter how good the cream is, it will not be able to withstand the aging process of the face for long. There comes a time when “heavy artillery” comes into play - fat is injected into the cheeks, collagen into the lips, wrinkles are filled with various gels, drugs based on botulinum toxin are injected, the skin is polished with a laser or other photo devices, treated with acids, mesotherapy is applied, gold and polymer threads are introduced, thermage procedures are performed, etc. This is not a complete list of what gives the effect of more or less short-term youth. Almost all of these remedies only fight the consequences of destructive processes, but do not counteract them in any way, and often even worsen them. For example, ultrasound used for anti-cellulite massage (as well as for peeling, ultraphonophoresis procedures, etc.) smoothes the skin by destroying the fibrous structures of the dermis. This is ensured by the action of an ultrasonic shock wave. But the same impact effect will, accordingly, weaken the skeletal functions of the dermis, causing further sagging of the skin. In addition, when ultrasound affects the skin, microvibration of cells occurs, which leads to disruption of the structure of mitochondria and other cellular structures, which reduces their functions in protein synthesis, etc.

Or, for example, exposure to photo and laser devices, which are advertised as “stimulating collagen synthesis” and increasing its amount in the skin. To achieve this effect, the principle of heating collagen fibers to 55 degrees is used, as a result of which they collapse into non-viable “dead” protein, which is unable to function as the main moisturizer of the skin. Such injury causes our skin to urgently try to produce new collagen. For some time, there is a double layer of collagen in the skin, which, according to the developers, should provide a visual improvement in the appearance of the face. But in fact, not only do the parameters of this newly-minted collagen do not correspond to the parameters of the young one, the main thing is that a person thus wedges his power into the balance system, the privilege of regulating which belongs only to Nature. In this case, I'm talking about the balance of collagen and elastin. Judging by the advertising, cosmetology is also trying to influence the latter structures (elastin fibers). Unfortunately, studies have shown that the elasticity of the skin cannot be increased beyond the genetic given by anything, neither creams nor equipment, no matter how much one would like it. However, skin elasticity, following the principle of balance, can follow an increase in the amount of collagen components. True, not at all the way we would like.

How it works?

Collagen (like hyaluronic acid) is capable of absorbing moisture like a sponge, which means it weighs down tissues and stretches them under its own weight. Therefore, with an artificial increase in the amount of collagen, the body, anticipating the danger of sagging, begins to produce “nagor”... no, non-elastin (alas, its amount is irreplaceable), and its similarity is tissue with denser fibers (fibrous).

Exactly the same system works in the body when calcium is washed out - the body, in an attempt to “strengthen” the vertebrae or joints, fills the vacated spaces not with calcium, but with calcium-like compounds - “salts”.

Thermage technologies, laser and others, which lead to an increase in collagen in the skin, immediately trigger a time bomb in the body. The more “cooked” collagen, the more fibrosis. This is especially noticeable in people with impaired lymphatic drainage (with manifestations of swelling). And 80% of women suffer from a similar defect.

As a result, their skin becomes loose and thick. But most importantly, such skin loses its elasticity, which indicates the start of the process of tissue fibrosis: the parameters of the skin begin to approach the parameters of a sheet of paper or the leather of boots.

One of the best plastic surgeons in Moscow, Vladimir Tapia-Fernandez, once complained in an interview about how much more difficult it becomes to work with skin that has lost its physiological properties as a result of such procedures, and, accordingly, to predict the result of operations.

Despite more than 50 years of experience in the use of mesotherapy

, many experts are inclined to ban it in cosmetology - too many complications arise after using this invasive method.
After all, in essence, mesotherapy is not harmless “injections” used locally as fillers, but intradermal injections that introduce into the human body a long list of ingredients, constantly updated thanks to the efforts of pharmaceutical corporations. Almost all of them are drugs and, by disturbing the balance in the body, can lead to many diseases. Many articles on mesotherapy are devoted to these complications, “which include skin necrosis and abscesses, panniculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, urticaria, psoriasis, sporotrichosis, mycobacterial infection, etc.”[2] 2 Natalia
Polonskaya, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Skin and sexually transmitted diseases of the Faculty of Internal Medicine of the Russian State Medical University, chief physician of the aesthetic medicine corporation "Optimed" (Moscow).

In addition, the emerging dependence of the skin on the supply of nutrients to it from the outside also does its dirty work (the mechanism of this phenomenon will be discussed below).

In many places, the skin can be “soldered” by adhesions to the muscles. These are the same adhesions that during plastic surgery the operating surgeon has to tear off with a spatula or simply with his hand in order to smoothly stretch the skin over the muscle corset. These adhesions, almost invisible in youth, with age begin to contribute to the individualization of aging, participate in the formation of new folds and wrinkles, giving each face its own unique features. This process is also enhanced by other features: the amount of subcutaneous fat that is different for all people, places where excess fat accumulates (which is always deposited in places of poor circulation), the presence of various asymmetries that always progress with age, and, naturally, the condition of the skin itself, the degree of its health and etc. Even if in their youth two people were similar to each other, by old age there may not be a trace of their similarity left.

It is precisely because of age-related muscle changes and the presence of “adhesions” that the long-term consequences of the introduction of gold or polymer threads can be very disastrous. The denser tissue that grows around the inserted threads is akin to fibrous tissue (formed around a foreign object stuck in the body) at first “holds” the face. When age-related drying out of muscles begins, the skin, which under normal conditions would have formed folds familiar to our eyes, now, having become denser and losing elasticity, can develop unnatural bumps.

Alas, recent research regarding the effects of hyaluronic acid injections is also disappointing.

“Moisture retention with the help of injected hyaluronic acid affects the change in interstitial pressure of connective tissue, which normally has a negative value. During the aging process, pressure gradually changes in the dermis and oncotic edema develops. In the presence of exogenous metabolites of hyaluronic acid, swelling inevitably progresses. As a result, arteriovenous capillary shunts are blocked, the terminal lymphatic capillaries are compressed, and trophic and metabolic disorders naturally develop. The positive result of the first stage (tissue hydration and wrinkle straightening) after a few weeks (or after repeated procedures) can turn into a negative result (acceleration of natural biological aging processes, reduction of local immunity, slowdown of regeneration processes and decrease in oxygen tension in tissues). Fillers based on hyaluronic acid are much safer; their administration is carried out strictly locally and once”[3] 3

As for the botulinum

. Many, as they say, are “hooked” on this wrinkle-saving elixir. Although they know very well that this is a nerve-paralytic poison, similar to that found in pickled mushrooms, and from which even resuscitation does not always save. It is clear that, thank God, no one can die or get sick from a small “cosmetic” dose. But nevertheless, studies show that with repeated use, botulism toxin can accumulate in the body and block neurons. And since they inject it into the facial muscles, then, naturally, the increased risk area will be the brain, as the closest structure, and, as usual, with a not very good blood supply, which increases the risk.

As American studies show[4]4

University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.

[Close] Immediately after Botox injections, understanding of spoken text is impaired. According to study leader David Havas, subjects needed more time after the procedure to formulate thoughts or comprehend spoken phrases.

Well, who cares? Consequently, few people use this part of the body, so to hell with it, with this brain, the main thing is a face without wrinkles.

But the latter is not entirely true. Dermatologists at the Medical College in New York pay attention to this point: when a certain muscle is paralyzed by Botox, other muscles are immediately actively involved in facial movements. As a result, new wrinkles appear: even the Internet has already “noticed” that when they smile, movie stars who are addicted to Botox appear “bunny wrinkles” on the side of their nose.

It turns out that all these procedures and injections give, in the best case scenario, only a temporary improvement in the appearance of the face, and due to the obvious stimulation of its aging. Is the price too high? In general, in our world everything is determined by price, but not only by the price of money, but also by the cost of loss of health and youth. It is almost impossible to find completely safe and at the same time effective medications or procedures. You just need to understand each time what price you are paying for the effect, and decide whether the price of the resulting effect is adequate to the price of possible complications.

The favorite phrase of the medical reference book, which accompanies 99% of the diseases listed in it: “The etiology (i.e., the cause) of the disease is unknown” is completely extrapolated to cosmetology, which also cannot give a clear answer explaining the “etiology” of wrinkles and sagging. Why does the oval of the face change so much, “sink”, eyebrows droop, excess skin forms on the eyelids, nasolabial folds appear and cheeks sag, receiving the dissonant name “jowls”? Cosmetologists still see the reason for all this in only one thing - skin stretched with age.

It is clear that the more collagen and elastin in the skin, the longer it is able to withstand time and “keep” a youthful face shape. But sooner or later the moment comes when the aging processes occurring with all the structures located UNDER the skin will inevitably reach its surface and show themselves in all their glory. These processes, which lead to regrettable results by the age of 45–50, mature “behind the scenes” of our skin, not even from adolescence, but from childhood. The fact that we do not see this leads to the fact that when they appear “on stage” in the form of various folds and sagging, we begin to blame the skin for this, believing that it has been stretched. In the hope of tightening it up, women begin to use “lifting” creams or an arsenal of “heavy artillery”, and if this does not help, they decide on the most radical method - cutting off the excess skin and stretching it onto a shrunken muscle corset, i.e. doing a circular lift faces.

Naturally, every person would like to preserve his youth as long as possible. In pursuit of it, many, especially women, are ready to undergo any plastic surgery, exposing themselves to risk, pain and stress. Unfortunately, the result, even of successfully performed operations without complications, does not always satisfy the client. And most often the reason for this lies in her increased demands, and not in the lack of experience and professionalism of the surgeon or the genetic characteristics of the patient. After all, in the doctor’s hands is not a magic wand, at the end of which the energy of youth splashes, but a simple scalpel, with which he cuts off excess skin, pulling it onto the skull and muscular corset of the face, which have shrunk with age. Which has aged not at all because the skin has stretched, but because the facial features themselves have changed with age. And they change due to the fact that the musculoskeletal base, which the skin only fits, has aged.

Author of the method

Natalya Osminina, the founder of the method, has a rich track record in the field of practical implementation of methods for restoring the musculoskeletal system. An engineer by profession, she repeatedly improved her qualifications with an emphasis on cosmetology and physiotherapy.

Natalya Borisovna participated in various international projects to develop methods for physiological rejuvenation of the body and skin.

In 2007, Osminina came up with a number of technologies that were later taken as the basis for the complex of effects of Revitonic.

The technique involves a number of physiological effects aimed at restoring the normal course of internal processes responsible for the age-related appearance. The actions of the complex are based on a medical approach to the aging process.

The use of Revitonics helps to tone the facial muscles and reconstruct metabolic processes. The technique easily replaces typical methods of combating external aging.

Set of exercises

To obtain the stated effect, you need to regularly engage in Revitonics exercises. Perform the following set of actions:

  1. Exercise to stabilize blood circulation (the work is aimed at removing blockages in the trapezius muscles): raise 1 shoulder, pull it back, point the head in the other direction, tilt it, press it to the free shoulder. Stay in a tense state for up to half a minute, then smoothly return to the starting position. The unlocked muscle is stretched: a hand is placed on the neck under the hair, the other on the shoulder. Keeping your head straight, stretch in both directions.
  2. An exercise to smooth out vertical neck wrinkles: hands are placed on top of the chest, apply pressure, and try to direct the area upward, exceeding resistance. The chin is lowered towards the chest. The position is held for 30 seconds. Pull your chin and arms towards each other. Perform a stretch: support the chest muscles with one hand, place the other hand under the chin with the back side down, and pull the head up.
  3. An exercise to help increase lip volume: place your index fingers on the border of the lower lip, move the tissues to the sides as much as possible, hold in position for 30 seconds. The same is done in the area of the upper lip.
  4. An exercise aimed at smoothing out creases between the eyebrows: grab the eyebrow from the side of the bridge of the nose with the thumb and forefinger and squeeze for 30 seconds. Run your index fingers up and down along the folds to stretch the muscles.
  5. Exercise to minimize a double chin: place the index fingers on the chin, the thumbs along the nasolabial line. Inhale through your nose, inflating your stomach. Exhale sharply. The fingers are moved along the contour to the ear, along the cheekbones, and connected at the point of the lymph node.

You will get the effect of a set of exercises immediately. Activation of internal processes: improved blood circulation, increased production of elastin, collagen, removal of excess fluid occurs after 1-2 procedures. You will notice a change in complexion, elimination of edema, and normalization of skin quality by the end of the first week of performing exercises using the Revitonics method. Getting rid of large wrinkles, a double chin, and lip augmentation requires long-term attention.

What exactly does such gymnastics give?

A system of exercises performed for a month can radically change your appearance; the changes will become noticeable not only to the person doing the exercises, but also to those around you.

Reviews from those who systematically complete at least the basic course indicate that:

  • the facial oval changes, it becomes clear, the double chin disappears,
  • blood flow improves in all tissues, which leads to the formation of a clear oval contour,
  • gymnastics forms a beautiful jaw line,
  • bags in the eye area go away,
  • wrinkles disappear.

After just a few trainings, everyone who was distrustful of this technique notices an improvement in their appearance. This means that Revitonics classes, despite the negative reviews of some people, can be considered an alternative method of rejuvenation, which is quite capable of replacing plastic surgery. This opinion exists not only among ordinary people, but many doctors confirm that the skin seems to regain its youth after a set of exercises.

Reviews

If we talk about reviews, they are mixed. Some responses say that the complex and the direction itself really works. With its help, many have managed to improve the condition of their skin and significantly tighten sagging skin. If the complex was used before signs of aging appeared, the girls noted an improvement in the oval of the face, increased emphasis on the cheekbones, as well as an increase in the shape of the lips.

The second camp is those opposed to the method. Some say that the technique did not bring the expected results. Others claim that they exist, but they are negative. The formation of wrinkles in the forehead and nasolabial triangle, as well as slight sagging of the skin due to the effect of weight loss, were noted. In this case, many ladies said that the face took on an haggard appearance.

Therefore, there is no point in talking about the effectiveness and safety of the method, since in many respects everything depends on individual characteristics, but to the greatest extent on the correct implementation of the complex. It is important not to stretch the skin. Each stage is completed for a certain number of repetitions.

Execution Rules

You can choose any anti-wrinkle charger you want. A book with a ready-made program from cosmetologist Carol Maggio or stylist Yukuko Tanaka, a video blog from our specialists (for example, facial gymnastics by Margarita Levchenko). Or simply create your own complex from several elements.

The main thing is to strictly follow the rules of gymnastics for beauty and youth.

  1. Regularity. The first month you should study every morning of the working day, and leave the weekends for rest and recovery. Next month, 2-3 beauty exercises per week will be enough, and then you can do individual elements for problem areas of your face.
  2. Morning time. It is better to perform a massage in the morning, while the skin is clean, ready for experiments and needs an additional shake to wake up. Then you can apply cream and cosmetics.
  3. Gradualism. There will be no immediate results - noticeable changes will begin in 3-4 weeks. To make sure your efforts are not in vain, take a photo of yourself before starting aerobics to track all your achievements.

Revitonics - a basic set of exercises

Osminina’s technique, which can be done independently at home, consists of:

  • Alignment exercises for the spine, neck, back;
  • Sculpting fitness for the face;
  • Lymphatic drainage technique;
  • Vacuum massage.

An integrated approach to performing exercises will ensure rejuvenation of the entire body and eliminate visible body defects. Following the recommendations of the author of the Revitonic method, N.B. Osminina, we will begin to consider the basic exercises of this rejuvenating complex.

Straighten your shoulders: Revitonics for the spine, neck, back

The condition of the spine and neck directly affects a person’s appearance and the youth of our face. By slouching, we lower our shoulders forward and down. The back muscles become weaker. In addition, we stretch the skin on the back. And in front, accordingly, the skin sags. Correct posture is the first place to start.

Exercises for the neck and back are the main ones in the Revitonics complex. This stage is very important, because without it further facial practices are meaningless. By correcting your posture, straightening your shoulders, and restoring the tone of your neck muscles, you will tighten the skin on your entire body. Your appearance will change for the better. The process of natural rejuvenation will begin.

Revitonics for posture

There are different techniques to correct posture and open the thoracic spine. In this article we will examine two of them step by step.

Exercise "Sail"

What will you achieve:

  • The thoracic spine will open.
  • Correction of posture and elimination of stoop.
  • The arm muscles will become toned.
  • Natural lymphatic drainage will start.

Exercise “Zero Gravity”

In order for your face to stop sagging, you need to reduce the effects of gravity. In the absence of defects in the musculoskeletal system and while maintaining correct posture, this is possible.

What will you achieve:

  • Reduced gravitational forces;
  • Correct posture.

Exercise with a special roller

A useful technique that reduces back pain, reduces swelling, and helps you lose weight. You can make a roller yourself or buy a special one at the pharmacy.

Revitonics for the neck

Rejuvenation according to the Revitonics system is recommended to begin with exercises for the neck. Relaxing the lymph nodes along the neck will achieve maximum results.

Posterolateral surface. Exercise "Hanger"

What will you achieve:

  1. Neck lengthening;
  2. Beautiful transition line to the shoulder;
  3. Improves blood circulation;
  4. Reducing pain in osteochondrosis.

Neck exercise “Frame”

The frame relieves spasms on the front surface of the neck. Tensions in this area of the spinal column impede blood flow and natural lymphatic drainage in the facial area.

You will achieve:

  1. Lengthening the front surface of the neck;
  2. Reducing the depth of transverse wrinkles on the neck, tightening the oval of the face;
  3. Release of lymph ducts, activation of the outflow of excess fluid from tissues;
  4. Elimination of double chin.

Exercise to get rid of the “computer neck” effect

People who work a lot at the computer often experience the problem of a protruded neck (computer neck). Symptoms of this defect include pain in the shoulders, back and neck. In addition, due to the displacement of the skull, the load on the spinal column increases: for every 2.5 cm, 5 kg is added. This leads to facial deformation. It is necessary to perform an exercise to straighten the neck every day.

Exercise “Ideal neck”

You will achieve:

  • Increased head rotation angle;
  • Relaxation of the neck muscles.

What is Revitonica

Revitonics is a method of restoring the face, neck, back and the whole body, developed by Natalya Borisovna Osminina, a specialist in the field of facial and musculoskeletal restoration.

Regaining proportions and facial features lost with age occurs in a physiological way - this is lifting at home, an alternative to plastic surgery.

The basis of revitonics is a set of exercises aimed at removing muscle tension, strengthening and lifting the muscles of the face and neck, which, sinking and relaxing over time, visually age the face, forming various creases, wrinkles and sagging skin.

What problems does it help solve?

The developer of the method, N. Osminina, claims that regular implementation of a simple course of exercises helps restore the shape of the chin, lengthen the neck and create a youthful “jaw angle.” This method is also very effective when the skin loses its elasticity and firmness, and decreases turgor.

By giving the facial muscles dosed physical activity, a woman increases the flow of blood (and oxygen) to the cells, which helps improve complexion, get rid of age spots, and generally even out and lighten skin tone. At the same time, relaxation and tension of muscles and ligaments is regulated.

Benefits of use

The author of the Russian unique methodology, Natalya Osminina uses in her program the principles of hydraulics, biomechanics, theoretical mechanics, that is, a scientific approach.

Benefits of practicing revitonics:

  • dark circles under the eyes disappear due to smoothing the under-eye space, eliminating the “sinking” of the eyes;
  • the oval of the face, lost or changed over the years, is restored;
  • the number of existing deep wrinkles decreases, and fine wrinkles disappear completely;
  • sagging skin is tightened and smoothed, its color improves, and its density increases.

Revitonics is based on the body’s ability to self-rejuvenate and self-heal, a person only helps it a little.

Contraindications

Like any cosmetic procedure and physical activity, revitonics has a number of contraindications. They can be divided into general and special.

General contraindications for practicing revitonics include:

  • inflammation of the trigeminal nerve;
  • diseases of the lymphatic system;
  • stage III hypertension;
  • congenital pathologies and spinal injuries;
  • cerebrovascular accidents;
  • chronic or acute diseases of the thyroid gland;
  • traumatic brain injuries.

In addition to general prohibitions, there are specific contraindications to practicing revitonics. For this reason, before starting classes, you should consult your dentist and your doctor, informing them of your decision to use this technique.

Specific contraindications include:

  • rheumatoid arthritis;
  • deforming arthrosis;
  • recently undergone dental operations, advanced forms of caries.

Disadvantages of Revitonics

The first and main drawback is that you have to study.:) Revitonics techniques should be performed systematically and regularly, approximately 20-30 minutes a day. This is the only way to lay the foundation for launching the mechanisms of persistent muscle memory and forming a cumulative effect from exercise.

The second drawback is that Revitonica has contraindications. When we begin to knead tissues and remove muscle tension, we naturally improve blood flow. This benefits a healthy body, but increased blood circulation in the area where the unhealthy organ is located can provoke inflammation. That is why we consider any deviations from the norm to be conditional contraindications - for example, thyroid disease, intervertebral hernia or displaced discs. If you find your diagnosis in the “Contraindications” section, print out the information sheet and show it to your doctor. Let him, based on your state of health, give an assessment of whether you are allowed to exercise.

And finally, the third disadvantage is that you will have to get rid of bad habits that cause aging. No techniques will help smooth out your face if you, albeit unconsciously, stretch your neck to the monitor a thousand times a day or lower your head to read a message on your smartphone, wrinkle your forehead, knit your eyebrows, make dissatisfied grimaces or purse your lips. Turn on awareness! You will have to spend about two to three weeks forming a new habit. Find a healthier way to express emotions and learn to adopt more physiological postures by practicing in front of a mirror or analyzing yourself on video.

Causes of aging. Revitonics opinion

Our face is the whole world. More than 100 muscles and 29 cranial bones are responsible for its unique appearance. It is by the type of attachment of the former to the latter that the facial and masticatory muscles of the face and neck are distinguished. All muscles shorten with age, worsening the appearance of the face, but each type does so differently.

Facial muscles connect the skin to bones and other muscles. As they dry out, they pull the skin along with them. And the skin, losing its ability to resist this process with age, sags. Wrinkles around the mouth, on the forehead, bridge of the nose, chin, nasolabial folds - all these are consequences of deformations of the facial muscles.

The muscles of mastication connect bones to bones. As they age, the shape of their face becomes deformed. The line of the jaw and chin changes. The oval of the face becomes unclear. In general, the proportions of the head are off. On our website facesave.ru you can learn more about the anatomy of the facial muscles.

How to get rid of such consequences? Sculptural fitness Revitonics allows you to independently launch natural rejuvenation. You can restore the correct anatomical shape of the muscle corset. This is possible if you relax your facial muscles, relieve spasms and tension. As a result, the oval will acquire a clear contour, wrinkles and nasolabial folds will disappear, and the skin texture will be restored.

Why does a person age - the theory of Revitonics

Aging, or more precisely the appearance of wrinkles and a violation of the clarity of the oval of the face, is associated with disruption of the functioning of the facial muscular system. This failure impairs blood supply to tissues and the activity of the lymphatic system. The muscles in the face and neck area can be in a tense position for a long time, while the skin will be taut.

Therefore, in a calm state of the muscle corset, the skin will gradually begin to sag. To maintain the smoothness of the skin, you need to be able to promptly allow muscle mass to relax. When muscles are overstrained, the movement of blood and lymph further worsens.

As a result, cells do not receive enough nutrients and oxygen and do not release waste products.

There is a failure in the exchange system. This is reflected by premature aging of skin cells, puffiness and grayness of the face. Also, the functioning of muscles, blood vessels and lymph worsens with poor posture (stooping). This condition requires constant tension in the muscles, therefore, disruption of blood and lymph flow.

Revitonics for facelift

An elastic oval face and smooth cheeks, this is the result that the “Scream” exercise gives. The goal is to put the jaw in the correct position by relieving spasms of the corresponding muscles. In order to start performing this technique, you need to determine your type of facial aging. In short:

  1. The first type of aging is the age-related appearance of jowls.
  2. The second type of aging is age-related lifting of the chin.

Classic “Scream” technique for the first type of biomechanical aging of the face

It will help restore the desired “angle of youth” and correctly position the tissues of the masticatory muscle.

Exercise “Scream” for the second type of facial aging

  1. Place your palms on your face with your fingers pointing from your chin to the outer edge of your eye. The palm should be pressed along the entire jaw arch.
  2. Direct the lower jaw forward and slightly upward, following the existing deformation, strengthening it. Hold the tension for 30 seconds.
  3. We return the lower jaw to its original position and immediately back to the maximum. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

Passive “scream” for all types of facial aging

The safest way to perform the technique, but no less effective. The exercise can be performed with your mouth open or closed.

Effect

  8. Your complexion will noticeably improve.

Charging for different problem areas

Exercises for the facial muscles against wrinkles should cover all areas - forehead, corners of the eyes, cheeks, nose, area around the lips, etc. Experts recommend performing 10-12 elements every morning. Let's talk about the most popular ones.

For wrinkles on the forehead

We open our eyes as wide as possible, while our forehead should remain smooth, without a single wrinkle. We select an interesting point in the distance and look at it in this position for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 9-12 times.

From nasolabial folds

We smile, then grab the large nasolabial fold with our fingertips. We strain our facial muscles as much as possible so that our fingers feel resistance, and hold this for several seconds.

To get rid of wrinkles around the eyes

Gymnastics for the face with Galinina Dubinina, a famous fitness instructor, recommends this exercise. To strengthen the muscles around the eyes, lightly press with your index fingers on the bone at the outer corners of the eyes (do not stretch the skin!). We forcefully close and open our eyes 8-11 times, resisting the pressure of our fingers.

Sculpting a beautiful neck

Creating a new beautiful face day after day, it is important not to forget about the neck. A proper neck massage will help not only remove excess fat and tighten the skin, but also improve blood supply to the brain, relieve headaches and relieve back pain.

  • The first element is warm-up. Rotate your neck left and right, make several turns.
  • Pull your neck forward as far as you can, your chin parallel to the floor. Then the neck back, chin in the same position. And so 8-10 times.
  • Relax your back and shoulders, keep them straight. Turn your head, stretch the tip of your chin to your shoulder. Freeze a few steps back and change your position.
  • The starting position is the same, only you need to stretch with your ear. We do both exercises 10 times.

Facial gymnastics at home is a very real way to delay old age and avoid dangerous, expensive facelifts. For such aerobics, it is not necessary to go to the gym and try to make friends with the barbell. All you need is persistence and 10-15 minutes a day.

Main exercises

Revitonics consists of the following methods of influencing the skin and muscular system:

  • exercises for facial tissues, cervical spine and posture restoration;
  • use of vacuum influence;
  • restoration of the functioning of the lymphatic system;
  • roller techniques.

You can also take a 35-day course consisting of the main methods under the guidance of a specialist.

Revitonics for the back, spine and neck: straightening the shoulders

Straightening the shoulders is the beginning of the Revitonics course. The shoulders take an unnatural position due to poor posture and improper tension of the neck muscles. In this case, there is a strong tension of the skin on the back and sagging in the front.

Also, the muscles are in constant tension. These changes disrupt the blood supply to tissues and the outflow of lymph, which leads to premature aging of the skin. To straighten your shoulders, you will need to restore the tone of the muscles that support the spine and neck in their natural position.

After eliminating stoop, the activity of blood vessels, lymph and the respiratory system normalizes. The complexion immediately changes and sagging skin decreases. Without restoring your posture, other exercises will be ineffective.

Revitonics for posture

There are several types of exercises for straightening the spine. The following describes 2 sets of exercises that have the greatest effect on the back muscles.

Full disclosure of the respiratory system – “Sail”

Execution steps:

  1. Take a vertical position in the doorway, arms at shoulder level. Leaning on your forearms or palms, hover for 30 seconds.
  2. Relax for 10 seconds.
  3. Repeat the exercise with your arms raised up. The arms should resist moving the body forward. Duration 30 sec.
  4. Rest and relaxation for 10 seconds.
  5. Repeat the technique with your arms down. Fix for 30 seconds.

The exercise ends with complete muscle relaxation.

Effect of the procedure:

  • straightening the spine with full expansion of the lung tissue;
  • the tone of the muscle tissue in the shoulder area is restored;
  • the functioning of the lymphatic system improves.

Repeat the “sail” exercise at least 3 times.

Normalization of muscle tone – “Zero gravity”

Description of actions:

  1. In a vertical position, lower your head as much as possible.
  2. Wrap your arms around so that your palms are on your shoulders.
  3. Take the shape of a semicircle (shoulders tilted forward, pelvis pushed forward if possible). Outwardly it should look like a person is lying on a ball. Fix for 30 seconds.
  4. Straighten up and throw your head back.
  5. Place your hands on your waist and bring your elbows back.
  6. Bend over backwards. The spine should take the shape of a semicircle in the opposite direction.

This exercise can be performed in a horizontal position using an exercise ball. This activity allows you to strengthen your back muscles, relieve spasms and straighten your posture.

Spinal Straightening – “Active State”

The exercise consists of taking a vertical position so that the back from the shoulder blades to the tailbone is straight. To do this, you need to try to connect your shoulder blades, stretch your crown up, and your buttocks (tailbone) down.

Benefits of revitonics for the face and neck.

You need to stay in this state for at least 3 minutes. This exercise helps you strengthen your back muscles to maintain a straight posture. Additionally, the activity of the respiratory system is normalized.

Revitonics for the neck

Revitonics (the main exercises consist of complex techniques that develop the muscles of the anterior, posterior and lateral parts of the cervical region) allows you to restore the youth of the skin not only by restoring muscle tone, but also by normalizing the lymphatic system located in the neck area.

Posterolateral surface

Exercise No. 1

Allows you to relax the muscle fibers of the posterolateral part of the cervical spine.

Requires:

  1. Take a comfortable sitting position and lower your head in a relaxed position. No muscle tension or chest tightness.
  2. Raise your shoulders (the head does not change position) and freeze in this position for 30 seconds.
  3. Return to position #1.
  4. One hand is placed on the back of the head, the second on the lower part of the neck. Gently stretch the muscles on both sides of the neck.

The exercise allows you to:

  • lengthen a short neck by straightening it;
  • the functioning of blood vessels and lymph is restored;
  • diseases of the cervical vertebrae are prevented.

When performed correctly, at the end of the exercise, you will feel a complete relaxation of the neck muscles.

Exercise No. 2

Has a similar effect.

Sequence of movements:

  1. Place the palm of your right hand on your right side.
  2. Subsequent movements are made simultaneously: move the shoulder towards the spine, gradually lifting it up; the head is tilted towards the right shoulder. It needs to be turned to the left side and gradually raise the chin up; When finished, hold the position for 30 seconds.
  3. The head is positioned straight, the muscles are relaxed. Using your fingers, gently stretch the muscles on the left side of the back of the neck;
  4. Having reached maximum stretch, fix the fingertips for 5 seconds.
  5. Repeat the movements to relax the neck muscles on the right side.

Repeat the procedure 3 times.

Anterolateral surface

To eliminate a double chin and strengthen the anterior muscles of the cervical spine, the “Frame” exercise is recommended.

The reception consists of 2 stages:

  1. Take a comfortable vertical position (you can sit). Place your hands above your head. Bend so that your palms touch your elbows. At the same time lower your head and raise your shoulders.
  2. Place your left palm on your left shoulder, and your right palm (back side) on the left side of your chin. Gradually move your arms apart, thereby stretching the muscle fibers of your neck.
  3. Do the same for the neck muscles on the right side.

Additionally, the exercise restores the outflow of lymph, normalizes vascular patency and eliminates spasms.

Aligning the neck in relation to the spine

To normalize the position of the neck relative to the spine, the following movements are required:

  • clasp your hands behind your back. Stretch your neck forward and lower your head. Fix for 30 seconds;
  • hands are fastened in front, neck tilted back, without tilting the head. The duration of the fade is 30 seconds.

The exercise relieves muscle spasms and restores the natural position of the cervical vertebrae relative to the spine.

Removing the side and back clamp

To eliminate spasms and restore blood flow in the cervical region, the “Ideal Neck” exercise is recommended.

To complete it you need:

  • raise your right shoulder and tilt your chin to it. At this time, try to stretch the muscles on the left side of the cervical spine as much as possible. When the maximum stretch is reached, hold for 30-40 seconds;
  • repeat the technique on the left shoulder.

After completion, blood flow to the face is restored and muscle tone is normalized.

Techniques for the forehead

To normalize the condition of the muscle tissue of the frontal part of the face and restore blood flow, it is recommended to perform 2 types of exercises.

Exercise No. 1

Allows you to reduce the number of folds on the forehead, returns eyebrows to the desired position, and also restores the quality of sleep.

Sequence of movements:

  1. Place the palm of your right hand near the edge of your hairline, forming it into a kind of visor (as when protecting yourself from sun rays). In this case, the fingers (index and thumb) should stretch the muscles in this area.
  2. The left hand should come from the top of the head (not from the side, but from above). Using your fingertips you need to draw spiral movements from the eyebrows to the palm of your right hand. In this case, you need to gradually move from the middle of the forehead to the left temple.
  3. Repeat the procedure with alternating hands.
  4. Cover your face with your palms so that your little fingers are in the center of your forehead, near your eyebrows. Repeat the spiral movement (with your little fingers) to the edge of the hairline.

It is important, when completing each spiral, to focus on fixing the finger to consolidate the result.

Exercise No. 2

Make pinching movements with your fingertips from the eyebrows to the hairline. Gradually move from the middle of the forehead to the temples. It is recommended to finish this exercise with light stroking from the center of the forehead to the temples, holding the fingers for 5 seconds.

Revitonics for eyes

To reduce the number of facial wrinkles and normalize blood circulation in this area, the following exercises are recommended.

Exercise No. 1

Sequence of movements:

  1. Use your fingers to form the English letter “B” on both hands.
  2. Place your left hand on the left eye with the back of it so that the index finger is located on the cheekbone under the eye, and the middle finger on the eyebrow.
  3. The right hand is positioned with the inside towards the face. In this case, the pad of the index finger is located on the eyebrow, and the pad of the middle finger is under the eye, next to the bridge of the nose.
  4. The fingers conditionally form the corners of the rectangle. Gradually it is necessary to expand the distance between the fingers, uniformly increasing the area of the rectangle (that is, both the width and height increase).

The procedure is repeated for both eyes.

Exercise No. 2

Stages of performing movements:

  1. Close your eyes (as tightly as possible) and stay in this state for 30 seconds.
  2. Using your fingers (thumb and forefinger), open your eyes to the maximum. After this, make up to 5 blinking movements.
  3. Close your eyes and completely relax your muscles for 30 seconds.

Repeat at least 3 times.

Revitonics for lips

The exercise is aimed at giving a natural shape to the lips.

To complete the exercise you need:

  1. Grab the area around the lips with your fingertips. To do this, you need to place your index fingers on the sides next to your upper lip. Thumbs on the bottom of the chin.
  2. Without unnecessary pressure, gently lower your index fingers to your thumbs, using wave-like movements.
  3. Finally, extend your lips and alternately grab one lip with the other.

Once completed, allow your facial muscles to relax.

Revitonics for nasolabial folds

The exercise allows you to reduce nasolabial folds and normalize the outflow of lymph in this area:

  1. Place your index and middle fingers on your cheekbones next to your nasal passages.
  2. Open your mouth slightly, forming a small oval from your lips. At the same time, lightly press on the cheekbones.
  3. After 10 seconds, increase the opening of the mouth, continuing to work on the cheekbones.
  4. Fix your fingers for 30 seconds.

Relax your facial muscles for 10 seconds and repeat the exercise up to 3 times.

Revitonics for facelift

Revitonics (the main exercises for tightening the oval of the face depend on the type of muscle aging) allows you to eliminate sagging cheeks and skin without the use of injections.

A universal exercise for all types of skin aging:

  1. Rest your cheeks on your palms until they stick to each other. The mouth is closed.
  2. Slightly move your palms away from your cheeks, but do not tear them away from each other. The procedure lasts 5-7 minutes.

During the exercise, do not put strong pressure on the muscle tissue.

Vacuum therapy

Vacuum therapy involves influencing muscle tissue using specialized cups. At the beginning of the course, vessels with a large diameter are used. With subsequent procedures, the diameter value gradually decreases. The most effective therapy is using small-diameter jars.

It is important that all movements are made only along massage lines. The procedure is performed on previously cleansed facial skin. Using moisturizing oil. After therapy, muscle tone is restored, blood supply and lymph flow improves, and the pores are additionally cleaned.

Lymphatic drainage techniques

To activate the lymphatic system, it is recommended to do at least 100 jumps in the morning. In this case, the toes are slightly lifted off the floor, and when lowering onto the foot, place emphasis on the heels. It is small jumps that can improve the outflow of lymph, which will be accompanied by the elimination of swelling. High jumps can overload the spine.

Revitonics exercises on a roller

You can relieve tension from the back muscles and restore blood circulation with the help of exercises on a medical roller (preferably made of juniper).

Sequence of movements:

  1. Sit on the floor with the cushion behind your back.
  2. Carefully lie on your back so that the “pillow” is under your navel.
  3. The hands are located above the head and the little fingers touch. The legs are straight, the little toes are also in contact with each other.
  4. At the beginning of the exercises, stay in this position for 30 seconds. With a gradual increase in time interval, but no more than 15 minutes.

After completing the lesson, carefully roll over onto your side, then take a vertical position. Otherwise, back muscles may be damaged. This method straightens posture and restores the activity of all systems, and additionally promotes weight loss.

Facial massage to reduce wrinkles

Vacuum fitness is a massage with small vacuum cans. It helps reduce facial swelling, improve metabolism at the cellular level, as well as complete facial rejuvenation. The most effective massage is combined with sculptural fitness.

Before starting the session, you need to cleanse your face and generously smear it with cosmetic oil. The skin should be warm (for example, after a light manual massage or a hot shower).

Vacuum massage can be static and dynamic. When static, cups are attached to large areas of facial skin (cheeks, forehead, chin) for a period of 5 seconds to a minute (no longer recommended).

With dynamic massage, the vacuum should be very small, the time of static exposure should be minimal. The average diameter of the jar is 2.5-4 cm. This will help avoid bruising and unnecessary stretching of the epidermis. Do not apply a vacuum to the delicate areas of the skin around the eyes.

When massaging the cheeks, you should start from the middle of the nasolabial fold (laughter line) and slowly move the jar up to the cheekbone and temple. Do not grab the skin above the cheekbone with the cup.

Massage of the jaw line takes place in two approaches. It is necessary to roughly divide it in half and place your finger in the middle. The movement of the can should be from finger to chin and from finger to ear. This way, by holding the skin, it is prevented from over-stretching.

The chin area is massaged in a circular motion, without touching the corners of the mouth. In the forehead area, you first need to draw a line from the bridge of the nose up to the hairline. Then from the center of the forehead to the temples. Each manipulation is carried out no more than 5-7 times, until the skin turns red. At the first session up to 3 times.

The massage is performed for 15-35 minutes

After the session, it is important to cleanse your face again, thoroughly rinsing off the oil. A massage course consists of 8-12 sessions, which are carried out at intervals of 2-3 days, no more

A repeat course is possible in a month.

With the help of such exercises you can achieve a great effect and ensure yourself an almost ideal appearance. During classes, all exercises are conditionally divided into zones, and they are affected in turn. The following types of exercises are distinguished:

  • For general tone.

An organic combination of all types of exercises allows you to most effectively keep your face in excellent shape. This way you can clearly see progress.

Revitonics: principle and direction of action

Revitonics for the face of Natalia Osminina is based on:

  • bringing the muscles of the face, neck and back to their natural position by stretching and aligning them;
  • normalization of lymphatic drainage in the body;
  • relieving emotional tension leading to tightness of the facial muscles.

“Revitonika” is a system of techniques aimed at launching the process of natural rejuvenation of the body by restoring its impaired functions. As a result of regular fitness classes for the face and neck, lymphatic massage using the Revitonics rejuvenation system, the balance of the front and back of the body is equalized, lymph flow is normalized, previously tightened muscles relax and stretch, which leads to a tightening, restoration of the oval of the face, disappearance of the double chin, improvement blood supply and complexion, reducing swelling.

Natalia Osminina’s technique is not just fitness for the face, it acts much deeper, on the whole body, rejuvenating it. This rejuvenation system is effective even where modern medicine cannot cope:

  • restoration of the “angle of youth”;
  • neck lengthening;
  • changing the shape of the chin;
  • and in addition to the aesthetic improvement of the body, its health improves.

Fight against old age

There is a widespread belief that facial aging is expressed only in wrinkles and folds on the skin, its sagging, pigmentation and loss of elasticity. This is a superficial and even primitive view. The skin is just the last bastion, losing ground under the pressure of deformation and shrinkage of the facial muscle corset, postural disorders and tensions caused by stress. Inside, under the skin, there are more than 60 muscles that are attached to 29 bones of the skull. This is where age-related changes begin!

Revitonics is a set of self-massage and gymnastics techniques aimed at reducing increased tension (hypertonicity) of the cervical and facial muscles, which is achieved through sequential active influence on various areas of the head, neck and chest area.

The main tasks of Revitonics:

  • restoration of facial and skeletal muscle tone;
  • improvement of posture and motor movement patterns;
  • improvement of vascular macro- and microcirculation in the neck and face;
  • improving the aesthetic appearance of the face.

You can study a more detailed description of the method here. We tell the story of Revitonics in a separate article, which can be found here.

A little history

The history of the emergence of the Revitonics system is ambiguous. The authorship, according to different sources, belongs to two different women. But let's try to go through the facts and chronology. Natalya Borisovna Osminina became known for her research in this direction in 1994 in Lithuania. For more than 10 years, the author conducted various tests, developed her experience, working with hundreds of women. The innovative technique has received scientific justification and public recognition. In European countries: Sweden, Germany, Italy, Israel, it has become especially popular.

In 2009, Natalya Osminina began collaborating with Russian expert in the field of anti-aging massage Anastasia Dmitrievna Dubinskaya. Together with her, they created a whole direction, a school with a rich methodological base. Russian women learned this technique already under the name “Revitonika” in 2010. During this period, the technique was distributed as a set of teaching aids, atlases, packaged in an elegant box.

The first school was opened in 2012 in Moscow, on Mira Avenue. The founder of the school is Anastasia Dubinskaya. Here the first trainers were trained, basic complexes and exercises were worked out and adapted.

The Revitonics system appeared in the format of electronic video courses in 2013. These were not yet online courses, but users already had significant freedom in implementing the methodology. In the same year, the school entered into a partnership with the Beauty Institute on Arbat.

From 2013 to 2020, branches and representative offices began to open throughout the country. Instructors, trainers, as well as specialists in beauty salons were trained everywhere.

At the same time, Dubinskaya and Osminina stop collaborating. Anastasia remains the leader and founder of the Revitonics school. Natalya Borisovna leaves school completely and further continues to develop her technique, giving it the name Osmionics.

Ways to consolidate the effect

To obtain a decent effect, it is advisable to undergo training in working with the equipment. At the initial stage, it is advisable to carry out actions in front of a mirror, tracking muscle movements. This will be a great way to practice your exercises. Subsequently, the correct use of the technique helps to obtain and consolidate the effect.

After completing the procedure, it is recommended to wash with warm water and treat the skin with cream (make a mask). Warm up muscles should cool down on their own and tension should go away naturally. Then the achieved effect will be better preserved. Otherwise, the result may be eliminated.

To maintain the effect, Revitonics revise their diet. Meals are taken often, but in small portions. Avoid foods with a high glycemic index (potatoes, bread, sugar). Normalize drinking balance.
