But I only started using it regularly last year. Then I noticed (finally!) that my skin lacked hydration and “fullness,” and that extra “lines” appeared. When I started using refa carat s every day, my face began to look better. I think this happened thanks to the joint efforts of Refa and anti-aging care, which I started using in parallel.

How I do it.
At first I used the massager twice a day for three months, and later switched to using it once a day, and sometimes every other day, but not less often yet. It is also not recommended to use it too often.
There is no need to use massage cream with refa.
I usually do fairly intense movements (not stroking). But you shouldn’t use too much force either.
The official video instructions show too weak movements; in my opinion, the ref does not even penetrate the skin (although the official advertising photos of the ref between the wheels still show massaged skin, that is, the skin should still be there, and with light stroking That will not happen ). In other videos, Japanese women give a massage, just like me, a little more intensely. (I also saw a video where, in my opinion, they crush their faces too much with different refs)
It is better to do a massage on a freshly washed face (washed with foam). Washing my face with just water is not enough for me to get an effective massage.
After washing, you should immediately apply a light moisturizing lotion and let it absorb. (Only lotion. Or serum is also suitable. The main thing is that it does not contain fat).
On a bare face, after washing with foam, my refa slips, but at first, on the contrary, it chews the skin too much and gets stuck in it, besides, with such a “massage” I will only get peeling and dry skin.
When the lotion is absorbed, I begin the massage, repeating each movement about 10 times. The main thing is to start the massage immediately after the lotion has been absorbed (to avoid dry skin). If such a massage seems too harsh, you can add milk and wait until it is thoroughly absorbed, but personally, I don’t see the point in such a massage for myself - it seems to me too weak, and in this case I also don’t get a feeling of muscle relaxation.
After each “approach”, I wipe the wheels with a dry cloth so that nothing accumulates on them (for example, lotion residue).
After the massage, I apply further care (milk, serum, cream, for example, or just a night mask if I feel lazy). And that’s it, you can sleep) I usually do this massage before bed.
Refa can also be used in the middle of the day over makeup, but for me this is quite useless. Refa doesn't ride properly on an unwashed face. Perhaps those who have dry skin will not have such a problem. But I don’t see the point in “muddying” the skin one more time, besides not being able to apply care immediately after the massage.
This particular model is not moisture resistant and cannot be washed or used in the shower. So from time to time I just wipe it with antibacterial wet wipes.
There is also a solar battery on its body that generates some kind of microcurrents (this is not felt by the skin and should not be felt in this case, since the microcurrents here are minimal and are needed for better absorption of care and improvement of microcirculation).
In general, this additional function is not very interesting to me, but I always keep the ref in the room next to the window and this light, they say, is enough to “charge” it.
You should not consider this massager as a full-fledged microcurrent device. The advantage of the ref still lies in the ability to imitate a professional manual massage (obviously, which is done in Japan, the massager is Japanese :).
