How to care for your skin in spring: advice from a cosmetologist

In spring, you especially want beauty. ❤ But usually we greet spring with pale, dull, dehydrated and tired skin after winter, dry hands, flaky heels and electrified hair.

Daily spring skin care

The basic stages of care - cleansing -> toning -> cream - do not change. But, of course, spring facial care has its own characteristics.

Stage 1. Cleansing

To remove makeup in spring, choose light textures - milk, hydrophilic oil, micellar water. Put off thick, thick makeup remover creams until next winter.

  • vitamins - spring vitamin deficiency directly affects the skin, and it needs additional support not only from the inside, but also from the outside;
  • vasoprotectors - they stimulate microcirculation, strengthen blood vessels and refresh the complexion;
  • competent moisturizing components - restore water balance, saturate skin dehydrated during the winter with moisture;
  • antioxidants - UV radiation becomes more active with each spring month, antioxidants will strengthen and support the natural protective system of the skin.

Look for on the label: amino acids, urea, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, sorbitol, algae, chitosan, squalane, collagen, elastin, aloe vera, glycerin, vitamins (especially C, E, A), alpha lipoic acid, resveratrol, peptides copper, selenium, lycopene, green tea, horse chestnut, butcher's broom, arnica, ginkgo biloba, gotu kola.
