Now take a bowl and, putting one teaspoon of beeswax in it, melt it in a water bath. After this, add to the wax one tablespoon of natural vegetable oil (you can take any), one teaspoon of vitamin A in the oil, a tablespoon of hot water and the same amount of juice squeezed from the mixture of leaves. Stir the ingredients, remove the container from the heat and beat the mixture until completely cooled. To save a little time, you can place the container with the composition in cold water.

After this, remove the mixture from the heat and beat it thoroughly using a mini mixer.
Recipe 3.
To start, take one teaspoon of honey and add the same amount of lanolin. Melt the ingredients in a water bath.
After this, take a separate bowl and put in it less than half a teaspoon of soy lecithin (liquid or granules), pour it with four tablespoons of warm water or the same amount of herbal decoction. Dissolve lecithin in water and add it to the honey and lanolin mixture. After this, remove the cream from the heat, place the bowl with it in cold water and beat (or stir) until completely cooled.
Recipe 4.
Melt a mixture of one teaspoon of lanolin and a teaspoon of honey in a water bath. After this, add to the mixture one tablespoon of sea buckthorn oil, the same amount of quince pulp (the fruit must be peeled in advance), one egg yolk and two tablespoons of hot water. After this, remove the mixture from the heat and mix it thoroughly or beat it with a mixer.
Recipe 5.
This homemade cream has a rejuvenating effect. First you should prepare an oil herbal extract. To begin, mix mint, green tea, St. John's wort, chamomile, linden and yarrow. Take one tablespoon of herbal mixture and pour half a glass of olive oil over it (it should be warm). Close the container with the mixture tightly with a lid and leave to infuse for seven days, then strain.
The cream itself is very simple to prepare. Take one teaspoon of beeswax and melt it in a water bath. Place one teaspoon of pine resin in a separate bowl and melt it over low heat. After this, add melted pine resin to the wax, two tablespoons of rose water (its base should be rose or rose hip petals, without adding alcohol), the same amount of already infused oil extract from herbs and two drops of vitamins D, E and A in the oil . Mix all the ingredients, remove the container with them from the water bath and stir or beat with a mixer until smooth.
Recipe 6 .
This homemade cream is recommended for aging, oily skin as it has a rejuvenating effect. To prepare this natural remedy, carefully grind the peels of three lemons. Pour one glass of boiling water over it and leave for eight hours.
After this, strain the infusion and pour a quarter glass into a separate bowl. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice, the same amount of natural vegetable oil (choose at your discretion) and a teaspoon of liquid honey. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and add to the resulting mixture two tablespoons of milk cream, one tablespoon of rose petal infusion (must contain alcohol) and one teaspoon of cologne. Beat the mixture with a mixer, then transfer the finished cream into a separate jar.
Recipe 7.
Softening homemade cream designed to care for aging skin. To prepare it, melt one teaspoon of lanolin in a water bath, add two tablespoons of grape seed oil (it can be replaced with any other natural oil), the same amount of juice squeezed from black currants, a tablespoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of currant honey. If the consistency of the cream turns out to be too thick, add a little hot boiled water to it. Then move the bowl with the cream into cold water and beat the mixture until completely cooled.
Recipe 8.
The cream prepared according to this recipe refreshes aging skin well. To prepare it, beat the egg yolk with a mixer or thoroughly mash the egg yolk with a fork. Continuing to beat the yolk, add two tablespoons of olive oil (you can replace it with peach seed oil) and one tablespoon of lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, dissolve a pinch of borax, pouring it with a teaspoon of hot water. After this, add the dissolved borax to the previously prepared mixture. It is best to apply the cream at night, only lightly blotting the skin with a napkin to remove excess mixture from the face. The product should not be washed off until the morning. But if you use this mixture as a mask, keep it on your face for 30-40 minutes.
Recipe 9. This homemade cream is designed to care for aging oily skin. First, mix one teaspoon of glycerin with two tablespoons of juice squeezed from lemon. In a separate container, mix a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and one yolk of a raw egg. After this, mix both compositions and beat them with a mixer. While whipping, gradually pour 6-7 drops of camphor alcohol into the cream.
Recipe 10. To prepare this remedy you will need a tablespoon of juice squeezed from a ripe pear and the same amount of juice squeezed from pumpkin pulp. In a separate container, melt one teaspoon of beeswax in a water bath, add to it half a teaspoon of honey and lanolin, two tablespoons of vegetable oil (you can take corn, olive or kernel oil). Then add the juice squeezed from the pear and pumpkin and two tablespoons of warm water to the mixture. The mass must be stirred, then removed from the heat and added one teaspoon of oatmeal to it. After this, beat the cream until smooth.
Recipe 11. The cream is recommended for use on pale, aging and dry skin. To begin, carefully chop a small piece of hot red pepper the size of your little fingernail. Mix crushed pepper with two tablespoons of any vegetable oil (for example, olive).
Now take a separate container and put one teaspoon of beeswax and half a teaspoon of lanolin into it. Place the bowl in a water bath to melt the mixture. After this, add pepper mixed with oil and two tablespoons of rose petal infusion. Then remove the container from the heat and thoroughly beat the resulting mass. published

Wednesday, May 03, 2020 05:22 + to quote book Beautiful, shiny, bright jars of face creams standing on store shelves attract the attention of all beauties. But, having taken them, almost everyone wonders what this product consists of. In addition to the delicious fruits and vegetables, the lush greenery of exotic plants depicted on the jars, they contain many synthetic substances that extend its shelf life, give it a wonderful aroma and airy consistency.
After reading the label, the question quite logically arises: where can I get a 100% natural face cream that will not contain these terrible chemical formulas and whose action you will not need to be afraid of? The solution is to make your own homemade face cream. This idea seems scary only at first: once you master this art and try it on your skin, you will never return to using store-bought products.
Before you start “producing” creams at home
, you need to remember that all prepared preparations can be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 2 weeks. If this period has passed and you have not used the cream, then you should not regret it - you must throw it away to avoid unpleasant consequences.
Below I offer several recipes for creams that you can make with your own hands at home.
- Grind twenty-five grams of butter with the yolk, one teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of gruel from mashed rowan fruits. Mash everything very thoroughly, and then pour in fifteen milliliters of camphor alcohol and grind the mixture thoroughly again.
- Grind two tablespoons of garden strawberries and mix them with three tablespoons of melted bone marrow, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of vegetable oil. Rubbing seven, drop by drop, add a tablespoon of camphor alcohol to it. The resulting cream has a good effect on dry, dull skin.
- Grind two tablespoons of lemon pulp with two to three tablespoons of melted bone marrow, one egg yolk, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of vegetable oil. While grinding the mixture, add a little tablespoon of camphor alcohol to it. The cream is useful for dull skin.
— Grind the zest of two lemons, pour a glass of boiling water over it, leave for eight to ten hours and strain through cheesecloth, thoroughly squeezing out the remainder. Grind one hundred grams of butter with three tablespoons of vegetable oil, one yolk, one teaspoon of honey. Add the juice of two lemons, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of camphor alcohol (drop by drop) and an infusion of zest to the mixture in portions. The cream is effective for dry, aging skin.

Cream test or comparative analysis of face creams against the first signs of aging
Good day to all fans of beauty.
I haven’t written for a long time and all because I couldn’t find a suitable topic; o(((. And today I decided to make a post about a rather controversial topic, namely, “creams against the first wrinkles and signs of aging”... Honestly, I’ll tell you that either a cream has anti-aging components or it doesn’t, but How a cream should understand that these are precisely the “first signs” is not very clear to me, although I guess that most likely it’s simply a matter of the concentration and strength of these same components; o))) That is, anti-aging creams differ in the set of active ingredients and their concentration. So, at the age of 30, small doses of anti-edge components are sufficient, which are designed to support the aging functions of the skin. But after 40 years, the cream should not only maintain skin health, but also rejuvenate it. But, let’s leave the secrets of the ingredients to the professionals and those who understand them, and I want to tell you about my subjective experience of communicating with some representatives of the family of “creams that fight the first signs of aging.” I'll start with some general information: 30 years old, combo skin with enlarged pores near the nose and an oily t-zone. What worries me is uneven complexion, pores and shine in the t-zone, traces of inflammation (thank God just a few) that don’t go away for a long time, emerging nasolabial and crow’s feet. So, let’s begin: I’ll immediately make a reservation that I always use serum in pairs with cream, so I will describe the “paired effect” of use. 1. first pair - Clarens:
Clarins Multi-Active Day Early Wrinkle Correction Cream (all skin types) 50ml - Clarins Day cream for all skin types, preventing the appearance of wrinkles 50ml. Clarins Multi-Active Skin Renewal Serum 30ml – Clarins Anti-Aging Serum “New Skin” (I have a miniature)

Swatches:
bottom cream, top serum
Detailed opinion:
The manufacturer is positioning the multi-asset series as a series against the first signs of aging. I have a set of face cream for all skin types + minka serum + minka night cream. Regarding the serum, I can say that it has a liquid consistency, a pinkish tint, and a pleasant smell. It absorbs well, the face is a little sticky after it, but it’s more of a feeling of moisture rather than stickiness. While the serum is absorbed, I apply cream on top so that the serum acts as a conductor for the cream. The cream is pink with a pleasant fragrance, medium density. It spreads easily and also leaves behind a feeling of moisture. I give this duo about 15 minutes to absorb and after that I blot my face with a napkin (I just feel more comfortable that way; o))) I’ve been using this duo for about a month and I can say that I’m quite happy with the result - the skin is more nourished, dense, the color is uniform, there are no rashes and clogged has not been noticed yet. I can say that this duo will not work miracles and will not tighten deep wrinkles, but as a “good workhorse” these 2 products will work great. My verdict is excellent supporting effect. The only downside is that for people with oily skin or in hot climates, it may be too heavy and give you a sweaty feeling on your face, but you can choose a lighter version; o))) I realized for myself that the main work is done by the cream, because I tried it with other serums and did not notice the difference, so I will not buy a full-fledged version of the serum, I will use my own supplies; O)))

2. second couple-Elizabeth Arden:
ELIZABETH ARDEN Intervene Radiance Boosting Moisture Cream SPF 15 50ml/1.7oz - Elizabeth Arden Radiance Boosting Moisturizing Cream SPF 15 50ml/1.7oz Elizabeth Arden INTERVENE Timefighting Radiance Serum 30 ml - Elizabeth Arden intensive serum to combat the first signs of aging (I have a miniature) .

Detailed opinion:
A series to improve complexion and combat the first signs of aging. Cons Girl I really praised this series... well, I decided to buy it even without testing... I bought a set that included a cream, a mini serum, a mini night cream, a wash, and as a gift I received another box of capsules and 2 more mini serums. Now about the products - the serum is milky-colored, liquid, the scent is not for everyone, it behaves very well on the face - an instant feeling of softness and hydration. I'm thinking about buying a full version. And the sad thing is that the cream turned out to be quite capricious. Still the same unpleasant (no) fragrance, the consistency of sour cream and very poor absorption...; o(((I fought it with the help of mattifying wipes, because I can’t stand greasy pancakes on my face. I thought about using it at night, but it contains SPF, and at night I think it’s unnecessary to overload the face with such additives. The sensations in terms of moisturizing are pleasant, but the face is not comfortable with it - as if it is too greasy, too intense and everything with the prefix "too". In the heat, the face quickly sweats with it, it seems to be melting. As for anti-aging, I did not notice any visible results after a month of use, just a poorly absorbing moisturizer. I left it until colder weather, maybe then it will behave differently.

3. third pair - Weleda:
Weleda Wild Rose Smoothing Facial Lotion 1.0 FL OZ (30ml) Weleda Pomegranate Firming Serum 1.0 FL OZ (30ml) Weleda Pomegranate Intensive Lifting Serum (30 ml)
Photo:
Swatches:

Detailed opinion:
The rose series is positioned by Weleda as a series against the first signs of aging, so I took the fluid from this series for combination skin, but I decided to take the serum from the older series (40+) precisely because natural cosmetics do not have strong anti-aging components, but I wanted a visible effect; o))) So, with regards to the serum - liquid water with a pronounced sweet smell of some kind of baked goods (not very similar to pomegranate; o))), it is distributed and absorbed instantly, without being tight or drying. It feels very comfortable on the face, no stickiness, but the hydration is mediocre (but don’t forget that the serum is not positioned as moisturizing; o))). Again, no eye-popping lifting was noticed, but the face was slightly smoothed and you could feel it; o))) The cream-fluid from the pink series was somewhat reminiscent of decleor products - the smell is natural (herbs + rose), intense hydration is present (oil-based cosmetics make themselves felt; o))), I noticed that my face was refreshed and noticeably moisturized (I always feel this way when using oils; o))) But it’s easy to overdo it with cream and then you feel that very fatty oils. It’s also easy to overfeed the skin with the cream, so I think it’s ideal as a recovery course for dehydrated or dry skin.

2.5 months

4. fourth pair - Vichy
Vichy Normaderm Anti-Ageing Anti-Imperfection Anti-Wrinkle Resurfacing Care 50ml – Vichy Anti-aging cream for problem skin 50ml. Vichy Aqualia Thermale Serum 30ml – Vichy Moisturizing Serum 24 Hours 30ml.

Detailed opinion:
When the new “Normaderm anti-aging” product came out, out of old memory and love for the “Normaderm” cream, of course, I rushed to the store; o))) The manufacturer's promise to keep the skin in good condition + the anti-aging effect did their job and now I am the happy owner of this miracle; O))). What can I say - I don’t use this cream all the time, i.e. I use it mainly in the summer and during periods of “heyday of blemishes on the face” for some reason; o(((. But what can I do - I’m so strange and I like to have creams to suit the condition of my skin at the moment; o))). This cream has been with me for about six months and during this time I have used it for a total of about a month and a half. What was noticed during this time? Firstly, its main purpose of “fighting problems” did not become worse in this version (compared to the previous one; o))), secondly, I used the previous version of normaderm for the moisturizing serum “Aqualia Thermal” (for some reason I felt not enough moisture), I did the same this time and this duo also behaved excellently! No creasing of makeup + gradual elimination of blemishes + comfortable on the face - everything speaks in favor of Vichy; o))), but it seems to me that for skin that suffers only from temporary rashes, this is still too powerful a weapon (like shooting mosquitoes from a cannon; o))) As a result of the inconsistent use of the cream, no special anti-aging effect was noticed , but there is a supporting effect! I can say about the serum that it provides good hydration, but at the same time it seems to envelop the face with a film. It's not an unpleasant feeling, it's just something you need to get used to.
Term of use :
six months

Cream - ~30$ Serum -~30$

Serum - 4 (moisturizes perfectly, but leaves a film on the face) Cream - 4 (due to the specific application, I cannot evaluate the anti-aging effect)
In conclusion, I want to add one more important thing: Regarding age restrictions, we are all adults here, so I won’t mention once again that I in no way urge anyone to buy age-appropriate cosmetics that are not intended for your age or to solve your skin problems ; O)))). I myself focus primarily on the condition of my skin, its needs, and then on age restrictions (I try to do this according to the principle of “do no harm”). Sincerely. Anna

What should be included?
The best cream for the first wrinkles should not contain parabens, various sodium and fragrances. The less chemicals it contains, the better for the skin.
The cream for the first wrinkles should contain something that provides optimal hydration of the epidermis:
- Hyaluronic acid or fragmented collagen - substances work in the upper layers of the skin.
- Fat fraction – obtained from vegetable oils (jojoba, macadamia, wheat germ). These substances are otherwise called squalenes.
- The third indispensable element for combating the first wrinkles is biological substances - vitamins, plant extracts and other enzymes with anti-aging properties.
A high-quality preparation for the first wrinkles up to 25-30 years can be found even in the nearest cosmetics store. But the best products are sold only in specialized boutiques, pharmacies and branded salons of manufacturers.
Where do early wrinkles come from?
“To avoid early wrinkles, I have been using anti-aging cream since I was 15 years old! And my short-sighted friends hold out until 35: they are afraid that the skin will get used to it and deteriorate. Okay, at 50 we’ll see which of us was right!”
The importance of creams in “preventing aging” is greatly exaggerated. In order for wrinkles to appear as late as possible, it makes sense to do one thing: keep your skin healthy. The healthier it is, the slower it will fade.
What does healthy skin look like? Uniform color, uniform texture, light matte shine, narrow pores, absence of inflammatory elements. Are there any inflammations? We treat inflammation. Got a sunburn? We treat the burn.
If it dries out, you need to compensate. I've become too fat - I need to work on it. Anything bothering you? Let's leave it alone.
From the point of view of cosmetic marketing, this is, of course, sedition. But from a medical point of view, it’s true. There is a good joke about this. The son asks his programmer father: “Dad, why does the sun rise?” He thought and said: “Son! Works? Do not touch!". If you're lucky and have normal skin, don't touch it.
Yes, of course, clean it; Of course, use a protective cream that you like. Whether you go to the beach or walk in the city in the summer, apply cream with SPF. If you have effective and suitable cosmetics, then in the morning you wake up without feeling tight and greasy and during the day you do not feel any discomfort or itching.
Healthy skin just needs to be maintained. This is the best prevention of wrinkles. And treating unhealthy skin with a cream labeled “Against premature wrinkles” is a meaningless story. We need to fix the problem itself.
To check whether the products you use are suitable for you and the condition of your skin, conduct a daring experiment. Stop using any cream for two or three days. Don't you feel any discomfort? It means everything is OK. Does your skin make it clear that it is “starving”? This means that she can no longer solve any problems on her own.
One of the main reasons for the appearance of wrinkles, deterioration of skin elasticity and, in general, everything that we call signs of aging, is the withering and degradation of the basic substance of the dermis (primarily hyaluronic acid) and structural proteins: collagen and elastin.
They burn in two fires. One fire is “age-related”; it flares up brighter after 40–50 years, and this “burning” leads to an increase in the number of enzymes that destroy proteins and glycosaminoglycans of the skin, collagenases, hyaluronidases and elastases. The older we get, the more proteins and hyaluronic acid are destroyed and the less they are synthesized.
Another fire is “stressful”. It also destroys proteins and hyaluronic acid, but they are burned by free radicals and other substances that the body produces under stress. At the same time, the skin loses its protective properties, water, becomes inflamed, pigmented, etc.
It is this second fire that is mainly “lit” by modern cosmetology. The more effectively we restore natural defenses and suppress stress reactions, the slower the skin ages.
If we manage to extinguish the fire of stress and leave only the “age-related” one, great. It burns dimly, and degradation processes develop rather slowly, leaving the opportunity to calmly and plannedly compensate for them using a variety of methods.
Of course, we cannot completely extinguish this fire. But making it smolder quietly is quite enough.
